as a woman, the number one thing we seem to care about is confidence. We never say what we want, it is only demonstrated. After confidence, aggressiveness...to a point. No aggression toward us, only other men. Number three, kindness toward her. Not just her, but all women. I exercise 10 to 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I have always ate healthy. I was raised to be polite and respectful. I have always been told that I am a natural leader because I step up and get the job done. I keep my list in my head. I have always been observant because I work in a very dangerous field. And guys, just so you know, I have been where you're at and I am still on my own journey. I am just telling you what has been working for me in regards to reprogramming my mind and releasing the negativity. It is that negativity and anger that is holding you back. At least, that is what it was for me. I went from suicide being my only solution 8 months ago, to having lost 60 lbs, feeling better, growing my social circle, and continuously growing as an asset at work.

Try the recumbant elliptical machine. Its for people with very limited strength & mobility. Almost every Planet Fitness has one. Its a sitting machine, & you gently rock your feet back & forth & move your arms & hands. A lot of feeble & disabled people use it.
