This all is actually part of their lore, read more for a quick breadown
Shiloh and bros have created an agency that basically helps diffirent raelos (diffirent dimensions which can be games or just some place like a maze) Their mom also went missing and they are trying to find her, however that doesnt come up in THIS episode. But they said the key has a lot of power, i have a feeling they are gonna use it to power "the tracker" which they got during their prop hunt vid to find mom.
