Finally someone took the time to convert metrics to imperial measurements. I was able to following the step by step to attain a workable bodice block. Without adding any seam allowances, the fit was acceptable; acceptable, because I am an amateur (actual sewing experience is less than three (3) years).
Please show or elaborate about the calculations, especially for viewers with larger measurements (not as perfect as yours👍); demonstrate in the same video.
I would love to view options to move the darts for this bodice block. My bust area is larger and the darts are unappealing. Thanks, again

You can move the dart to the side seam the shoulder dart width should be wider than mine if you are busty and your front waist length longer. You can make a toile make correction if you have fitting issues.

Can this full bodice block be used or converted to a jacket/blazer? If so, How? Also, what is the brand/type/cost for the L-shaped ruler, you are using?

And yes it can be used for blaze the bust dart width has to be reduced

Hello, please what is the front waist measurement
I mean start point to where exactly?

It’s also called the half length... you measure from the highest point of your shoulder that’s by your neck down to your waist line ...this should be parallel to the centre front.

Yes depending on body shape this measurement might be thesame as the back but in some cases the back waist length is usually 1” or so shorter than the front especially if one has a longer torso
