They are usually under a roofed area with sheep or cattle so the winter temperature hasn’t really got to them , our winter wouldn’t be much lower than -8 Celsius. When powered on they do develop some heat while working
Does the face detection works? They advertise that face detection is available. I have one with latest firmware but it seems not working even turned on in the web interface.
I can look into it but it might depend whether it’s connected to an nvr or not , most settings are under vca and then the option is selectable for istance > VCA Resource, select 'Face Capture', and click 'Save and then reboot , sorry can’t be more help
Hayo ,as far as I’m aware in the app , when you select the joystick to move ptz on the bottom of screen it says preset and you can set and call presets from there. That would be like setting no 1 as a certain area etc For patrolling an area , as in it moves around and stays in certain spaces for certain lengths of time that would be done it settings when you log in to camera but I haven’t had to do it on this particular model
