Just wanted to give you guys a fully transparent breakdown of the renovation process. This was still one of my first renovations, so it was definitely a scary process and huge learning experience. Some factors of cost include higher-end fixtures because I was planning to use this space, paying more for faster turnaround times to align with TH-cam series/sponsors, but every project has its set of mistakes and I definitely made some. Although the spend does seem high, I did purchase the unit for far below assessed value, and am almost sure the renovation cost would be fully recouped if I was to sell it right now (on top of the TH-cam series return of investment). Let me know if you guys have any questions or tips!
Hi Justin, thanks for being transparent in the breakdown. The video is awesome. I would really really love you to breakdown your sources of income and your journey to get to where you are right now. I'm positive a lot of people will love that and it will also be informative and inspiring. Cheers
Your videos has been progressively getting better every video! I started watching your content many years ago and I love how far you have came! Keep them coming, and thank you for being so transparent as well. Its nice to see creators actually talking about how much they actually spent on a renovation it's more interesting than just hearing "I rather not talk about how much I spent on X renovation."
I really appreciate this video. I want to get into investing in real estate myself and this gives me a great perspective on ideas and what it takes. Thank you for all the information!
This is so weird, I got this video recommendation from youtube. And I just realized that I can literally see your window from my balcony! Anyway, love the renovation.
Hey Justin…. Great video 🤙🏾 Hope in the future you can do a video on how to plan and what to do for a renovation project. I’m moving to Las Vegas and I want my 2,500 sq ft loft to be a modern minimalist loft. Would like to get pointers on what to do to make my renovation project as easy possible without going over my $350k renovation budget.
Entrepreneur goals for sure bro. Love the space. I think some will love the white black and medium wood tones and others will want it warmer and homey. But I could live here no problem whatsoever
The scariest cost is probably the 4 ergonofis/aeron setups upstairs lol. Would love to see a similar video about the newest condo renovation project! Also the walnut slat wall is soooo tasteful
this building is realtively small, so it was really quick. 1-2 weeks tbh. It all depends on the specific building and council, but so far on all 3 renos have been relatively lucky.
Hi, could you please let me know where you got the black door handle on the grey door at @24:57? I’ve been looking to purchase the same one in Canada for a year!!!
Love this space Justin! Thanks for sharing with us! I just realized how affordable it is to live and create a space here in Nepal where I'm from. For similar materials and area, it would be ready under 25k CAD here for sure!
It’s being added in soon hahahahaah, started using it in the winter/spring so wanted to feel it out. I live in Canada, so it’s not THAT hot, but AC would help.
YOU GOT RIPPED OFF HOMEBOY!!!! COULD OF HAD THE WHOLE THING DONE FOR LIKE $60,000 MAX. THATS EVEN IF YOU GOT OVER CHARGED. JUST GET THE WORD SUCKER TATTED ON YOUR FORHEAD.
Shout out to Justin for always being transparent for those of us looking to learn the business side of things.

Designing industrial kitchens myself, that old kitchen was just something else
Haha that’s exactly what the designer said.
Amazing space Justin. Great to see some of the process you went through, allows others to learn. Nice one.

Always love these transformation videos, can't wait for the airbnb ones to come.
Can’t wait to put the next few episodes out. Just waiting for sponsor approvals

If it was a home. I 100% would warm it up with wood floor haha!

This was a Great Video. Just generally, I appreciate the transparency and the thoughts included.
welldone justin, would you be able to make one of these for the apartment that you live in also.
Looking to do some reno’s to my condo unit in Canada. Wondering how long the approval process took with the condo management/board. Many thanks!

It's Buster & Punch, but Lowes also has a good selection of black hardware
Love the entire series. Can you please design my place? :)
Bro what I would do to get a project like this done
Will you help me with some ideas for my place? I have an unfinished loft with polished concrete floors. How do I contact you?
I would love to see a video of all the gear you use to make videos and your favorite
Great setup! The money seems well spent (invested). 🙌
Hi bro looks amazing can u please tell me what paint you are using to ur loft upside working area please?
Chantilly lace
Love the space Justin!! What is that espresso machine called?
Great vid. Where are the ladder shelves from?
Wayfair, but real ones are CB2. The wayfair ones were smaller and fit this space better though
Sick makeover

@8:06 *Vegeta spits water in disbelief*
Loved this
Actually insane!
$100,000? That's a year's salary for me. Lmaooo end product looks dope af tho.
Man thats great, what do you do for a living?
Feels like 100k is cheap for a full reno of the place. Friend of mine just did her kitchen reno and it cost her ~70k
@@Zhi_Noir iam not a scammer just asking
@@ihaveastupidnickx3 Yeah it’s very expensive. Way cheaper to learn and do it yourself and even then it’s still pricey.
Damn... Wanna hire his dude for my renovation but then I just realised that his starting salary is the same as the cost of the makeover... 😂😂😂
Let's GOOOO
thats a good price
You Brazy my boa
Cool condo man! I'd pay to live there lol
I would not have included a gas stove.
Breaker size was already a concern, gas was already wired up.
It costs 5Million pesos
Love it, first
He basically got to have this loft for $0 cus of all the content he was able to make about it…
Talk about smart investments
Haha 😏
Makeover
Make oveR
$100,000 renovation. No AC😂

considering we were quoted 145k by a reno company, don’t think we did that bad. always ways to cut cost but 60k lol, come do it next time.
@@JustinTse for sure I got people that do honest legit work. For that price you could of had a tiny house built.
