Talagang maganda ang Vigan. Compared in the 70's up to the 90's nong college days ko. I went back in 2015 for vacation and was surprised laking pinagbago. I usually stay at Hotel Luna during my stay .

During one of the checkpoints,tinanong lang po kami kung saan kami sa Ilocos.papunta and we answered Vigan and they let us in.
