Eddie Howe is a tactical genius. He's always composed and professional. Also, he's brilliant in bringing the best out of players. The likes of Murphy and Burn were considered championship level players 3 years ago. I wanted him at Manutd since he was at Bournemouth but unfortunately our owners went for the likes of Ten hag and Ole.
People have got it wrong about Isak. He’s the striker he is because he’s at Newcastle. Put him in Arsenal or another side and he’s not going to be the same player. I swear down, we’re the club for him and he’s the striker for us. If he moves, he’ll never be the same as he is here. This is why people can’t understand why it never really worked for him at Dortmund or Sociedad, because they didn’t bring him on. He’s now the best striker in Europe because of what we’ve done with him. Howe takes a lot of the credit.
wtf r you even talking about. He was 18 at dortmund and 20 at sociedad 😂 he was still developing and he still scored 17 goals at RS during the 2020/21 season. He has talent around him and he’s dropping 20+ per season imagine if he links up with saka and them man
Unreal. I'm also bored of hearing "Isak is too good for Newcastle"....no! His goal scoring and overall play before joining was nowhere NEAR as good as it is now. That's down to Howe and man management and play. He's also stronger and more resilient to injury now. So no he's not too good for us, we saw a player and went for it. This guy is a joke now and that'd a statement to say "f**k off Arsenal"
Agreed! Media and pundit propaganda, they want the best players to play for the so called top 6 clubs and leave the rest behind but I guess it's the so called big six who are left behind just look at the Premier league table, Forest, Bournemouth, all in the mix for European places. I'm a Newcastle fan and I'm just happy if we win a trophy, the champions league is a bonus.
You're spot on! Also, I want to add he has missed a one on one in every game recently but due to the fact that the team is really good at creating chances he always gets the chance to make up for his misses. He's a quality player but it's not like he's the star of the show in newcastle.
10:30 Eddie went with Wilock because I believe the agreement there is to gradually establish him as a Starting 11 player (otherwise he wouldn't stay at Newcastle). At the moment he can't start every game due to the amount of good midfielders in form, so in reality this season he will be more of a squad rotation role. The point is, I believe Eddie will give Wilock a lot of minutes this season, in order to give him a chance to shine. Hope he stays fit.
I’m a Newcastle fan but what you’ve written is factually incorrect. Had you said we were the best club, of course I’d agree. But biggest? Certainly not.
@@scotttowers1759I’ve thought this for a while too, he seems to dismiss osula even exists, I think he’ll start him against Bromley, he’s got a bright future but he’s too raw at the moment

@@yogihightower he seems to be so reliable too, in terms of fitness / injuries. TOUCH WOOD
He’s getting better and better playing alongside Bruno and Sandro.

Yeah, I can also absolutely credit Eddie for improving Isak's off the ball play during the last year.
This is the truth. I wrote similar.
in eddie we trust

Newcastle are the biggest club in England. Biggest stadium, best fan base, most silverware of note. Come on you toon
Better check your facts

"When Wilson is fit we've got two really good strikers"
Is Osula a joke to you?
Pick out the negatives whilst we are currently one of the most exciting teams in Europe the past month
@sheslying7117 shouldn't be a negative. You can't just leave out one of our strikers and act like he doesn't exist.
