This song hits different when you lost someone before even letting them know how you feel about 'em..🙂
For me that person was a faerie I met, even showed me her class ring with her name on it, four letters. One day, something happened to them they mysteriously disappeared without a trace. No one but me was ready to report it to the police, had I remembered her last name (it was difficult the remember because it was a foreign name I had never seen before) then I'd have done it. This makes two people I sort of knew, disappearing from the face of the planet entirely. The first time it had been proven a kidnapping case, and they were never heard from or seen from again, she is far beyond legally dead. The second person was already a mysterious person, so alluring somehow to the darkness in me. Faeries are more mischievous than they appear so maybe that had something to do with it, but something leads me to believe she liked me well enough not to do something bad. I have heard stories of people being abducted by them and spirited away to their land on the other side of the veil for decades on end. I'm Wiccan and I have a spiritual belief rather than a religious one. You would not believe the things I have seen for myself after hearing of Ragnarok and finding out it HAS BEEN Fimbulwinter in our world for quite some time now. Magic and knowledge are dying in our world, the light and warmth is slowly fading in Midgard (Human Realm one of the Nine a part of The World Tree, Yggdrasil) So basically wake up to find out the world is dying, go figure.

I have a theory to why that is, maybe we grew up in the 90s having 80s stuff, TVs, radios, stationary, cars. Where I’m from 80s hairstyles stayed till the 90s 😂 so that could be why we could relate to the 80s.

I just rewatched this movie and tbh you completely changed the tone of the whole film. I had forgotten how stupid goofy so many things are until it takes a darker twist at the end. But it's basically a silly romp! Your editing is amazing, you tell stories

this was set in 1991 the year it was released...
Thelma & Louise came out in 1991, but it felt like an 80's extension. This track is fantastic, and if you haven't seen T&L, you're missing a true American classic by Ridley Scott.
