Mrs.Zhang Yixing the show is amazing and I adore it. But the ending is shit. They were incredibly lazy with the end. I'm actually mad about how they ended it. Very lazy and unsatisfying.
Joy's character is the most realistic main female lead I've seen in a kdrama. She's human with her emotions. Not exaggerated, what typical human will feel in a situation. Very understanding too. Thinks critically.

I recently finished it and realised that the only sane person in the entire drama was the female main lead (Tae Hee). I don't understand, how can people blame her? She was the victim! She was minding her own business. It was Choi Soo Ji and Shi Hyun who messed with her in the first place. They both kept destroying her piece by piece and the final blow was given by Se Joo. People sympathize with them coz they had a difficult life but guess what? Even Tae Hee had a difficult life, but she never acted like the toxic 2nd fl. Just because you are sad, doesn't give you the right to snatch someone else's happiness. I know people liked the male lead with the 2nd female lead more because of their chemistry. But chemistry is not everything. Both of them were toxic for each other. But the guy would have suffered more because he always had the potential to grow up, he just couldn't because he never had any reason to. Both the guys were ready to do anything for their female friend, right or wrong didn't matter to them. They never stopped her. That is what called toxic friendship where you don't grow at all. You just depend on each other, you never learn. I supported Se Joo throughout the drama until he betrayed his best friend for Soo ji. He chose one's happiness over other, which eventually would have happened when you are in this sort of tight friendship trio. After everything, Tae Hee deserved all the happiness in the world. PS. I just LOVE Moon Ga Young ❤❤ she made me hate her character Choi Soo ji so much that I actually wanted to slap her through the screen. 🤣🤣 I never expected her to play such a toxic character so well. Kudos to her!
