I mail ordered a version one of these with frets once, marketted as a hybrid twelve string guitar banjo, but then the fretts weren't evenly spaced in twelve tet, so it was kind of the worst of both worlds, you couldn't play correctly tuned western music or maqams. I've always regretted not just getting a proper frettless one.
