স্যার আমি একজন স্টুডেন্ট । আমার দূরের বোর্ডের লেখাগুলো দেখতে সমস্যা হয় এখন আমি যদি মাইনাস পাওয়ারের চশমা নিই তাহলে কি ওটা পড়ে, কোনো বইকে কাছে নিয়ে কি পড়তে পারবো? এতে কি চোখের কোনো সমস্যা হবে? আর দূরের দৃষ্টির সমস্যার জন্য কোন ধরনের লেন্স ভালো হবে??
এই চ্যানেলে দুটো ভিডিও আছে যে গুলির নাম myopia ও চোখের প্রতিসরণ দোষ। ওই ভিডিও দুটি দেখে নেবেন। আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর পেয়ে যাবেন।

Uni focal মানে একটাই ফোকাস থাকবে। সাধারণত দূরের দৃষ্টির ফোকাস।
আর আইপিডি 56 mm মানে দুটো চোখের পিউপিলের দূরত্ব।

RE LE প্লাস পাওয়ার না মাইনাস পাওয়ার কিছুই লেখেন নি। এই রকম incomplete prescription থাকলে কোনোও এডভাইস দেওয়া যায় না।

খুব বেশি পাওয়ার নয়। Axis এর sign লেখা নেই।
স্যার, আমার সমস্যা হলো, আমি সুস্থ হঠাৎ করে সামনে যা দেখি অন্ধকার মত মনে হয় আর কাপতে থাকে৷ তারপর ১০-২০ মিনিটের মধ্যে মাথায় প্রচুর ব্যাথা করে শুরু হয় এবং ৩-৪ ঘন্টা পরে আস্তে-ধীরে কমতে থাকে। আমি মোবাইল সার্ভিসিং এর কাজ করি সবসময় মাথা নুইয়ে কাজ করতে হয়। আমি জানতে চাচ্ছি এটা কি সমস্যা, কিসের লক্ষ্মণ, কি করতে হবে। ২৫ বছর বয়স। দয়াকরে জানাবেন
চোখ পরীক্ষা না করে ঠিক বোঝা যাবে না যে কি হয়েছে। আমার মনে হয় আপনি একজন চক্ষু বিশেষজ্ঞ কে দেখান। সেটাই সব থেকে ভাল হবে।

আমি কি কম্পিউটার টেকনোলজি নিয়ে পলিটেকনিকে ডিপ্লোমা পড়তে পারব ?
ভাই আমার চোখের সমস্যা টি হলো মাইওপিয়া বা ক্ষীণ দৃষ্টি , ২-৩ আগে আমি -3 পাওয়ারের চশমা ব্যবহার করতাম ৬ মাস আগে ডাক্তার আমাকে -4.25 পাওয়ারের চশমা দেন আর ৬মাস পর পর যেতে বলে কিন্তু কোনো ঔষধ দেয় না, শুধু দেখে পাওয়ার আগের মতো আছে নাকি
আপনি পড়তে পারেন । চশমা ঠিকমত।ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

এটা পুরো যাবে না। কিন্তু কিছুটা কম হতে পারে। ভাল ঘুম এবং চোখের জন্যে উপকারী খাবার গুলি বেশি খেতে হবে।
কি কি খাবার চোখের জন্যে উপকারী এই বিষয়ে একটা আলাদা ভিডিও এই চ্যানেলে আছে । ওইটা দেখবেন।
