Spiderman 2099 definitely killed some of his earlier villains. He had no qualms about it! He only really became a hero after viewing how people saw his actions as improving the state of poor and oppressed.

And i just love when he plays with the beat and (example being in verse 1 when he'd put his voice high at the end of a bar, like the whole beep thing), and when he goes absolutely nuts at the end of a song like you said he did in the homelander rap. And another thing that either during or before the part when he went off he said "I'm better" and not too far away from that he said "Dead em" so could've been a ref to that?
Also JT has a new song for Amanda's The Adventurer and it's so catchy and you'd totally enjoy it
