Glad you've done this. Derelict buildings fascinate me. Great black and white images. Good choice of music to accompany the still shots too.

It's a bloody shame that people can't show respect for the men that once toiled in the quarry. Was that the Caban that had the coats hung up in it?

Enjoyed the video as usual Jason.
Like you say the little scroats should take there rubbish home.
It's nice to see you doing a video of the buildings and machinery.
You captured some really nice image's mate.
Look forward to the next one.

Good to see you keeping fit, Jason. I'll stay on the flat bits thanks. You found some interesting images - and some tricky lighting - well done. Da iawn! Hwyl from the Rhondda.

Like you Jason I have been so disappointed by the rubbish that disrespectful visitors are leaving behind, if you can carry it up full you can take it down empty! The inside machinery is so interesting, much of it made by familiar manufacturers supplying the mining industry in days gone by. Thanks for posting always good to see and hear your points of view.

Really enjoyed your video and photos Jason. The rubbish is typical of people who have no respect for our history and environment. Take nothing but photos and leave nothing apart from footprints! I visited the lower levels earlier in the year and want to visit the upper levels another time, but can't get there in June. Would you be planning other trips later in the year?
