- The end of 2022 already! The weather put on a show for us and we got out for an awesome ride. A big turnout this year with 25 attendees. Thanks Matt for organising another great ride.

Guess what? I lost my drone last week! Luckily for me, I had only just been picking your brain on the find drone feature! Took me an hour to find with no network data to load the maps and was nearly ready to give up. But after finding a high point I grabbed a packet of data and the find my drone feature worked like a charm. Cheers for sharing that.
Good One . Looks like a super ride ...had a trip to the Superbikes last month and missed the last day of twisties ....30 cm of snow at Falls Creek ...In November ....6 hour slog up the highway/freeway home to Sydney . however we did get in a great day on the Mitta to Omeo road on our way .Awesome road to ride . Had my trusty Vstom 650 along
It is a magical spot Nerb I'm lucky to have it in my back yard the last few weeks iv been up over the top to Omeo also through to Mita Mita , then the other day i did a loop around lake Eildon all the way along the skyline road from Bonnie Doon to Eildon then across to Jameson and back home to Wangaratta ... the weather has been perfect for it .
Well Nerb, it looked like a top ride nice to see you pushing it on the roads and the tracks 😂, how are you liking your middle weight, you've had her a while now⚡⚡

That was a pretty cool farmer. Not only letting you in to his field but helping you look for your drone.
He actually just gave me his quad when I first got there. Then I decided I should go and look at the launch point, so he took over looking. Top guy!

I live in wodonga and Harrietville has always been pretty expensive, the Info cafe in Myldford is a lot cheaper ( Bright is WAY to expensive TOURIST Mecca ) Mt Beauty is also good 👍as well .

I road over Hotham on Friday, it was 4.5 degrees Celcius on an Aprilia Tuono.

Just wondering were you still on the Motoz Tractionators….?.? You were really “ranging” it in the twistiest 👍😎
Yes I was still on the tractionators. They are about 14000km old now. Front is the dual venture, rear is the adventure. I could go faster on better/less worn tyres, but I was still touching my toes a few times. They are good tyres... not the best grip, but grip vs longevity they cant be beat.

Looks like a top weekend. I like how you kept using the drone after almost losing it haha , but man it almost got run over by the quad. pretty lucky.

That's my favourite place on a Motorcycle. Last time I was there with my Son it was all low cloud. That was disappointing, especially when you can see it like your video. Absolutely spectacular!

Nice loved that SP-1 i remember taking one of them and the Fireblade 954 and decided on the Blade, still got the blade today and sometimes i think should have got the SP.. Cracking ride thanks for sharing..

Yes, someone mentioned that on the day... recouping a few shitty years. Fair enough I guess.
Our Skydio also just died in mid air. Footage just stopped while flying and is was disconnected. It crashed badly and is not working anymore. Skydio said "It's a bug and it's our fault, but since you didn't fly in the US or Canada.... tough luck". Going for a DJi next...
Wow... I actually wondered if it dropped out of the sky, but I wasnt sure. Luckily for me it was into long grass. Sucks big time for you! Do you know if it was with the most recent version? Mine has flown perfectly until this flight.
You should post it to someone in canada (awesome players?) and they can hand it in!
@@Nerb1 Yes but they asked for the log files, and they see themselves that it was flown in Italy when it crashed :(

DJI has a great program for that , in the US don’t know any that have had issue in Aus.
Surely a US owner is allowed to fly it while theyre on holiday!

Yes, still on motoz. The same ones I did the 12000km trip on! They are almost toast.
Its the steering damper I bough from Torimoto. Only one Ive owned.

The find my drone app, is that a part of the skydio software or an after market app? It might come in handy for me to prepare in advance!
It is part of the phone app. It basically just gives you the last known position on google maps.
