I would challenge the drainage ,for foul and storm water. If its council adoted ,so is the road. Also i could tell you 100% wether it is or not just by viewing 1 storm drain as you go off the so called prvate road. Storm water CANNOT go off private roadways into adopted highways drains. You only need the section 38 drawing for that area and it will cearly tell you.
