I’m so glad I found you. I’ve gotten away from wire for a while and this has inspired me! I love your statement: “Who cares, we’re learning and having fun!” Absolutely the point!!
Of course! Someone once complained that I over explain things so it’s nice to hear wonderful comments to the contrary! Why follow a tutorial if you have no idea what they’re doing or can’t see?!?🤷♀️ Happy creating! 🤗💚✨🧡
Oh this just made my day… to know that the tutorial is helping others to be successful and that I taught it well. I’m always wondering…🤔 Thanks for joining me! 🤗💚✨🧡
I love love love these earrings‼️. You and I are SO much alike Carrie, we love every tool and we won’t let anyone tell us what or how to do anything!!. I am going to go with the same gauge wire but square and in keeping with the kinko idea, I am going to use light green stone. A gorgeous idea you came up with.♥️💚
Hi. Just watched your video and can’t wait to order coin beads and make those art deco earrings. Thank you for going at a nice pace and explaining so well. I’m here in Somerset. England housebound as I broke my ankle. Your tutorial has lifted my spirits and given me purpose for the next few days at least. I’m stuck in until after Christmas and am guessing all my friends will be rocking those earrings over the festive season.😂 I look forward to checking out other tutorials by you. x
Oh I’m so sorry about your ankle!! That is the pits! I broke my foot summer before last and am still dealing with that. Been wearing Birkenstocks non-stop! 🤣 you’re gonna get through it, and I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers! Thanks for joining me! 🤗💚✨🧡
These are so pretty and cool. Your explanation throughout is super helpful with a calming voice. I'm glad you popped up on my menu. Can't wait to see what else you have to offer.
Pretty! You make it look so easy, I’ll let you know later today if it’s as easy as it looks;). I’m lazy when it comes to polishing metals to keep them shiny. I toss them into the rock tumbler with a bit of Dawn dish detergent. It only takes an hour or less and I can combine many earrings and bracelets in one container. So, I’m seeing a necklace made with 14 gauge wire in this design 😊
I actually inherited a HUGE bead collection from my boss and my other job. She mostly got her supplies from Fire Mountain Gems or bead shows. They’re gorgeous, aren’t they?!? Thanks for joining me! 🤗💚✨🧡
Carrie, when using copper, how do you keep it from tarnishing? Seems to change color around the neck area. Not using tarnish resistant copper. Thanks, Ronnie
Hi, Ronnie! I personally have not had that problem, even with bare copper, but a coat or two of Protectaclear will help a lot! I think simply keeping the pieces clean with some dawn dish soap does a lot as well. Maybe that’s why my rings don’t tarnish, because I’m always washing dishes! 🤣🤣🤣 thanks for joining me! 🤗💚✨🤣
Such a great tutorial ❤ Thank you SO much for sharing your talent 🎉🎉
Any time! Check back each week for more tutorials and fun! 🤗💚✨🧡
💙💜💚That longer version would make a beautiful pendant on a chain to go with the earrings!!
@@hopesto good idea! 👍 🤗💚✨🧡
