To be honest, Noah has been bringing us daily content for so long, and now he's been doing it by himself and he is really good at it. His workout routines have been motivating me. It is fascinating to see a young kid I used to watch daily for years become who he is now. I remember when he was so young...! I never used to understand why people would say "OMG you've grown so big, I remember you when you were a little kid!" It's like "Yeah I've grown, we all do." Until I moved into a neighborhood with mostly kids and I see them grow up and go through stages of life... now my response is the same as my old neighbors from when I went from 8 to 16.
You’ve always seemed like you’d be surprisingly strong for your size. Even way back in the day when you weren’t focused on working out, you always kept good calves and forearms. Good grappling/mma build. I’m 5’10, and a thicker build, I never see any results past like a bulky look, never cut.
@@Crash.7434 I’m not actively trying to get cut, but I do appreciate the info. I’m a welder, I’m also always having to carry steel, etc. So it contributes to me being more “swole” than cut. I don’t eat right either. Lol. So I know what you mean with that. I eat once a day, with some snacks here and there. I’m 5’10, 215ish lbs.
I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am for your videos it’s like I grew up with your family I’ve been watching since about 3rd-4th grade and now I’m a junior in high school and really miss the Zeus days
its crazy how fast time went by. Roman needs to wear sunscreen though--hope he sees this because the sun is one of the main reason our skin ages and people get skin cancer. Everyone should be technically wearing suncreen everyday if you go outside. even for 20 mins. :)

Doing rear delts more often at the beginning of my workouts has done wonders for my posture and really helped lift my upper chest/round out my shoulders. Shrugs focusing on flexing my upper chest too. Almost like a reverse dip. Great accessory movements I neglected at the beginning of my fitness journey. Working those small muscle groups go a long way
