Completely dead as seen at the beginning of the video, charging the battery normally from the charger. But then it doesn't want to work. After I disassembled it, it is very clear how the motor is blocked and even by hand the fan does not want to turn. I continue to disassemble the motor to be able to unblock the sleeve bearing. As you can see it is very strongly stuck to the axis of the rotor. I lightly sand with sandpaper and lubricate with machine oil. I assemble both the motor and the windshield wiper itself in the reverse order. And now it works perfectly and sucks any water.

Блин я хренею от такого мастера разобрал Керхер полностью, а ремонта на минутку брызнуть ведешкой или смазкой и все работает это их проблема от влаги и долгого не использования .😂 Решил бабок подзаработать ,что боялся сильнее прокрутить крыльчатку.
