It’s not even like crazy energy blasts or literal light speed back and forth flurries, it’s just smooth, well choreographed fights and it’s soooooo good
That's literally why this guy is among my top 3 list of favs. No DBZ bs, just straight up technical fighting.

It’s not terrible at all. But sprite animations like these are way more accurate to how Sonic actually fight. Despite the quality, you can’t deny that SMBZ fights are literally just Dragon Ball lol
It does bring smile on my face, when I see their spikes getting moved by the wind. Cheers.

I Love the fire force reference at 1:56 when shinra unlocks his adola link and achieve the power to go at the speed of light but only for a few seconds. Also nice sonic ova 1999 music choice at 2:30 I'm definitely happy to see someone still remembers that movie

I forgot to add that if they are going to fight with mecha sonic then you my friend are going to have some fun with mecha sonic’s sprites cause he have a lot of pure custom made fan sprites I’ve seen them for my self when ever I’m board.

Wait, if Mecha Sonic is here does this mean that this universe could be considered a kind of prequel of SMBZ but in Sonic world?
It would be quite interesting if it were the case, show everything that happened before all the chaos and destruction in an alternative way.
Unfortunately not including Mario or another character from another universe but Mecha Sonic will have a bit of SMBZ's personality

I can't get enough of your animation style. The fight scenes are just so bouncy, and fun. There were a few grammar mistakes I noticed throughout (Like at 4:57, although I thought this one was pretty funny), but they didn't affect my enjoyment.

I have to admit, I just really love these, I just can't see sonic fights being like dbz or some crap like in other animations unless of course the characters are in their super forms or something similar to them, these regular base fights are just so well choreographed and technical and it just works so well.

I don't like the new characters like "Shadow" and the rest I don't know the name of. When I grew up in the 90s, I played Sonic 1,2,3 and Sonic and Knuckles on Sega Mega Drive. And I watched Advantures of Sonic the hedgehog and Sonic Satam. There were no "Shadow" character there, which is basically a copy of Sonic but with black color instead.
I also don't like the newer design of Sonic. He almost looks like Knuckles but blue in the new design, with long antlers. No, Sonic should look like Scott Shaw draw him in the comics, which is basically how he looked like in Satam. And there should only be Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Robotnik as the main characters, not added 100 more that no one cares about.
I understand your point of view! but doing it with the classic look limits when making animations...and although, Shadow is a copy of sonic only that black and edgy, I want to make it more interesting with its own objectives, also this story has little to do with the originals games, it is a story created with "new" characters to entertain ...
