Precious Duncan passed in early October of 2018 - just three weeks shy of his rescue anniversary: He was much loved by those who rescued him (Eldad), and his entire support family at Frosted Faces Foundation...
Toward the end, he developed dementia, and eventually succumbed to a stroke from which he was unable to recover - passing in the arms of those who loved him so dearly.
I cannot wait to greet this beautiful soul at the Bridge...
Thank you for the update. While its sad that he passed, its a comfort to know that he knew what love is.

My friend and I were riding our bikes in this local forested trail when we heard a yelping so scary it was goosebump scary, we stopped to try locate the sound but being forest it was very difficult, after 2 hours we finally found what it was a pure blind Chihuahua the size of a football stuck in a ravine tangled in what looked like a sac, that's when we realized she had been bagged and tossed, that was 4 years ago and now she's our best girl ever. Paws for life taught me how to be calm when dealing with scared dogs and we could not just let her suffer. she's our family now.
Thank goodness you found her and gave her a loving home. I can't understand the cruelty of some people. I think she was meant to be with you and to be your best girl ever, she's obviously very loved and cherished🐶

People passed by this poor dog every day, and did nothing. that's a sad reflection on humanity.

My husband and I recently saw a dog, at night, running alongside the road. We stopped, and she jumped right in. We immediately noticed she was emaciated but smelled like powder. We took her to our daughter's, she and her boyfriend adopted her on the spot. Two weeks later, she's gaining weight, been to the vet and lives a happy, loved life.
That is amazing. I hope shes doing alright now.
