I love your continuous improvement systems!!! Coming from the Japanese automobile industry...this speaks volumes to me. The old saying, "necessity breeds invention", applies so much with the vision and goals for your farm. I love to see the awesome tools you have come up with to streamline your production and waste (5S and Kaiszen principles).

Got my gridder and Mutineer kits in on the new year . Treating the wooden handles with 2 coats Conner's tool handle oil ( soak the end grain good ).
Also treating all metal parts of gridder kit with lanolin oil to make sure these well made tools are with us for the long haul .

In my infancy of exploring farming, I am shocked how much plastic gets used on organic farms! Personally, I'd rather see some glyphosate use than millions of square feet of disposable plastic weed suppression. So much "greenwashing" out there. I am so inspired by your techniques! Thank you so much for sharing what you have learned!!! It is amazing.

Great. Do you have a tutorial on how to make this tool ? Or (after looking at your site) do you ship to Europe ?

Love this idea and the systemic simplicity! But I also see plastic buckets to the right so im not sure how I feel about the comment “Dont use plastic on this farm”

I have been watching your channel for a while now, great job your doing. Loving all the information etc that you give out freely. I see most of the equipment you use, brand etc but what about your overalls that you wear?.. they seem to be always the same colour and make....... and they are???????? thanks in advance.

Will 30'' beds work well for cut flower production? I am interested in buying the gridder but i notice that its mostly used for vegetables.

We do cut flowers on 30" beds and love it.
