I feel like Jaxon can be a good host and sales person in those informercials. His voice and commentary are funny. This episode was so nice. As a 90s baby, I remember most of these, although I never really had all of them. I did enjoy watching the informercials on TV back in the day.
8:16 Whatever that is is *not* what 'Marvin's Magic Coloring Board' was. It wasn't a scratch off paper, it was essentially a cling film that 'drew' from pressure. It made it reusable, not permanent like this. (also that isn't a pen, it's just a piece of plastic to make solid lines easier) It was neat, but kinda jank.
That was not the Marvin's Magic Coloring Board. My little sister had it and it was basically a board with a thin layer of some thick goo over it. You used the piece of plastic to 'draw' but all you were doing was moving the goo out of the way to show the color underneath. And you would smooth it out to cover it up again. What they show in this video is scratch art boards, you can get them for cheap at the art stores now.
Marvin’s Magic Coloring Board wasn’t a scratch off board, it was a plastic covered board with a rainbow underneath, kind of like a Magnadoodle or an Etch-A-Sketch where you can clear the board and draw something else.
Yeah, that "magic board" they tried wasn't the right thing. The real one was like a layer of black gel under plastic with a colorful board below the black get. You would shift the gel with the little plastic tool to reveal colors. Then "erase" it by moving the black gel back over the colorful areas. That thing they tried was just a black scratch off board. Can't reuse those.
omg the amazing elastic plastic unlocked a memory that was buried deeeeeeeep inside my brain omg I have never traveled back to my childhood so fast lol this video brought me lots of joy just from pure nostaliga.
Sorry, but I a curious about society evolution , is that how the average american teen behave nowdays , They talk a lot and it seems they exagerate theit face expression way beyond necessery to give their opinion about what they're shown . I used to watch reportages about the 60's American teens, they were all concerned by being the first to go to the moon project by Kenedy, so they were way more serious ! really, Teens nowdays ...........:( !!!!!!!! they don not look intelligent but do not look innocent either , the opposite of 50's & 60's teens and adults (our parents & Grand parents) Thanks
That Black to Rainbow paper is NOT what we had in the 90s! It wasn't paper it was something reusable and when you applied pressure the black turned to rainbow!
But wait,.. the marvins magic coloring board is not the same thing that they did, they just did the scratch rainbow paper.. the marvins magic coloring board you didn't have to scratch at anything, you use simple tools and can "erase" and start your project over, it was a reusable product.
@@nizaru100 No, his name is spelled exactly how I entered it because that's how they show it on every video he has been in. Learn how to read and pay attention, reading comprehension will be your friend.
My first thought when being reminded of blo-pens, which I owned as a child was 'oh my lungs would not be able to handle that anymore' Don't start smokin, kids! lol
This video makes me think differently as seen on TV products. Marvin's Magic Coloring Board is my top choice out of the list and the Moon shoes are #2.
A table game called Crossfire had one of the most 90s commercials you could even imagine. There was also a trend of sibling invasion of privacy, where teen boys were targeted with secret agent kits including long range microphone, and motion sensors, and teen girls had voice recognition diaries.
I remember the blow pens and the chalkboard you can draw on, good memories! 😊Plus their infomercials sounded great! 😉🤩 Definitely makes me want to buy the product. 😊
the magic coloring board was nooot the same as the scratch-off paper stuff they used 😅 but the real one was never as exciting in real life as they made it seem on the commercial.
Dag, I remember all these infomercials but I was too into sports so I never wanted any of these things and plus you could find knock offs of the same items at the 99¢ store back then 😂 good memories though.
I saw the balloon thing at Walmart the other day for five dollars and I was debating on getting it. After seeing this video, I’m gonna take it as a sign that I need to go back and buy it lol. I loved it as a kid.
I swear even though I was born in 91 and saw tv commercials constantly I'd never heard of moon shoes until that episode from Arthur about them. Maybe it might be I'm from Canada and they aren't considered safe to play with lol
The 90s are missed, being a 90s baby, I rember most of these commercials and wanting a few of these, my family was unfortunately a little poor, but I think the most thing I miss most about 90s tv commercials was the infocommercials with the late and great billy mays
Also "On the potty? no thats my scrolling time" .. Sorry Dani, i love you homie but back in the day WE COULDN'T SCROLL.. It was either pre-plan your trip and grab a book or magazine, or get ready to learn every ingredient on whatever bottles are in reach :)
I remember I use to be in this afterschool speech program in the 2000s. Me and boy I use to be friends with in the program we use play with moon shoes, kinnetx, and other 90s toys when we use to go to the program
I had the blo pens 🖊 and the plastic balloon 🎈 thing. I took the blo pens to Mexico once to play with my cousins and we all used to share them & at the end of the day you could see the spit collected at the bottom of the pen 🤢 Also, I always wanted the chalkboard thing and a doodle bear 🐻 🖍 till this day I still look for them to make my childhood dreams come true 😂
That is not marvins magic coloring board. It was a layer of plastic with color underneath. Using pressure, it showed color, you didn't scratch anything cause you could go back and reuse it. I literally grew up with all of these.
Sir, why these days, nothing in TV is like the 90's: They don't make commercials like these anymore. They don't make Kidsongs TV show anymore. They don't make kids educational programmes like 90's anymore. They don't make animated series like yesteryear anymore (Compare Thundercats 1985, Jayce & the wheeled warriors with today CGI). They don't , they don't .............etc BUT , They do promote LGBT (beg you pardon, Sir) in all age categories programmes !!!!
I've got three tubes of "elastic plastic" within five feet of where I'm sitting right now. I've loved that stuff since I was little. Hint: When the first one pops, wrap it around the straw so the plastic bonds better.

It is "JACKSON' or "JACQUESON" not " Jaxon" 👶👶👶👶👶👶👶
jackson and angel are such a great combo!
i love when they're in videos together. they seem like great friends and have good chemistry
They really are... 😊
Not really, only Jaxon!
Their chemistry is so great
Angel is way better with Brian or Sharon but I like these two as well just not for same reasons I guess...

New respect for Jaxon winning both Thigh Master and the high jump shoes
Dani out here just SELLIN' these Moon Shoes!
Jaxon actually has a great infomercial voice.
Is it true that SWITZERLAND changed its name to ESWATANINI ? Why ?
It is "JACKSON' or "JACQUESON" not " Jaxon" 👶👶👶👶👶👶👶
Jaxon is my absolute favorite! He's got such a great radio host/announcer type voice

These commercials bring back memories 😭😭
Omg such a throwback seeing these items again. I had a few of these items. I wish they were still around. The 90s were great.
Jaxon is a natural as a infomercial announcer.

Jaxon: I golf
Also Jaxon: (missed all three) 😂
the almost breaking your ankle with the moon shoes is so real
I have sprianed mine before.
Jack nailed it with the potty putter infomercial. He should do that professionally. He has me sold 😊😊😊
It is "JACKSON' or "JACQUESON" not " Jaxon" 👶👶👶👶👶👶👶
As a 90s baby this makes me feel old lol my parents still have my old blow pens bc if you replaced the markers inside, you could still use them lol
Yup the balloons and i remember that exact infomercial lol it was so fun but the little thing didnt last long
I didnt have a bedazzler but my friend did. Now though i have a heat bedazzel tool lol
The rainbow drawers was so much fun lol but i had the scratch stick ones like they did lol
We sell a few of these at my job and we make nostalgic 90s commercial quotes like "wooow!" And "hey kids!" The younger staff gives us a look 🤣
Yeah, that "magic board" they tried wasn't the right thing. The real one was like a layer of black gel under plastic with a colorful board below the black get. Yes. This
This is a very weird kind of nostalgia. I remember all of these commercials. You were just missing the Socker Boppers and Razor Scooters.

@@nizaru100 You writing lets me know you're not very intelligent yourself. Yikes!
Kevin not picking Jaxon was hilarious!
Jaxon sounds like a legit 90s info commercial narrator!

だいじょうべですか John san ?
"Ooh, its no worse than heels" 😂😂 living for Dani
the confident smile Jaxon had when he thought he drew the best 😂😂😂 “you son of a b****”

I meant that the the name "Jaxon" itself is "Englishly" wrong, even if "They" spell it that way
My first thought when being reminded of blo-pens, which I owned as a child was 'oh my lungs would not be able to handle that anymore' Don't start smokin, kids! lol
Jaxon did a full on commercial. I'm sold. Take my 💵 bro 😂
This video makes me think differently as seen on TV products.
Marvin's Magic Coloring Board is my top choice out of the list and the Moon shoes are #2.
Kevin disappointing Jaxon by giving Angel the points was super funny 🤣
I definitely had the magic coloring board thing and that was NOT it lol
Agreed!
I know! I had to pause the video and come to the comments to see if anyone else noticed! Two completely different products!
I remember these, I even owned a few. Thanks for the walk down memory lane.
A+ video!
Great topic and execution!
Paulina and Jack have the same vibe energy so chill.
Jaxon would be a great seller haha
I used to work at a toy store and I got to do product demonstration for moonshoes. I wore them for like half my shift. It was awesome!
A table game called Crossfire had one of the most 90s commercials you could even imagine. There was also a trend of sibling invasion of privacy, where teen boys were targeted with secret agent kits including long range microphone, and motion sensors, and teen girls had voice recognition diaries.
That was rereleased at target last Christmas
i still have one of those braiding machines from when i was a kid. I whipped it out a few years ago at college and people were mystified by it lol
I remember the blow pens and the chalkboard you can draw on, good memories! 😊Plus their infomercials sounded great! 😉🤩 Definitely makes me want to buy the product. 😊
wow, this channel really get me Down on memory lane...i feel so old now. Good job, guys..👍 90's is the Best.
yeah, I remember blow pens. I had a huge set of them in the late 90's. I also remember almost PASSING OUT...
the magic coloring board was nooot the same as the scratch-off paper stuff they used 😅 but the real one was never as exciting in real life as they made it seem on the commercial.
Was looking for this comment lmao
Jaxon saying and it tastes like nail polish remover 😂😂😂😂😂but we didn’t dieeee 😂😂😂😂
Today was my birthday
May 9,1995
So it was fun watching this
New core memory unlocked. 90s infomercials.
"thats my scrolling time" so real for that
Boo, you gave them Scratch Board and not an actual Marvin’s Magic Board! That doesn’t even count!
Yea that’s what I was gonna say!!
EXACTLY!!
Yeah I fully stopped the video to consult the comments and see if I was going crazy or not.
Dag, I remember all these infomercials but I was too into sports so I never wanted any of these things and plus you could find knock offs of the same items at the 99¢ store back then 😂 good memories though.
That's a scartch board not the magic board that they showed in the clip.
I love Jack and Jaxon's energy. Honestly I want to see Jaxon react to the mario movie idk why
This took me back to my childhood lol
Those rainbow scratch off papers are so not the same thing as the infomercial. 🙄
i came here to say this!
I am so jealous. I wanted moon shoes so bad as a kid lol
RIP to Suzanne Somers watching this episode. She maintained her beauty through her whole life.
Jackson pointing out that Parrick used a thy master with his ass had me laughing so freakin' hard. 😂😂
Watching them try these things is comical and awesome at the same time
Next time, have a Skip-it in the video. I would have loved to see them try it.
Yes
I had both the blow pens and the elastic plastic balloons. Looking back on it, definitely the balloons. Those were my fav.
Wow these commercials are bring back so many memories lol
Give Jaxon a show!
Please do an 80s toys one
"Are your kids always on their tablets?"
Not in the 90's. They weren't invented yet.
Lol yeah shoes that the Brain invented to win the marathon 😂
The potty putter: sink one in while you sink one in
The 90s are missed, being a 90s baby, I rember most of these commercials and wanting a few of these, my family was unfortunately a little poor, but I think the most thing I miss most about 90s tv commercials was the infocommercials with the late and great billy mays

I used to buy the fantastic plastic bubble from the dollar tree. I was obsessed
Blow a few..stagger home high
Also "On the potty? no thats my scrolling time" .. Sorry Dani, i love you homie but back in the day WE COULDN'T SCROLL.. It was either pre-plan your trip and grab a book or magazine, or get ready to learn every ingredient on whatever bottles are in reach :)
i had a lot of these products growing up i was born in 1996. this is going to make me feel old. :(
I thought for sure Jaxson was was going to use some innuendos for his commercial. Missed opportunity.
I remember I use to be in this afterschool speech program in the 2000s. Me and boy I use to be friends with in the program we use play with moon shoes, kinnetx, and other 90s toys when we use to go to the program
But jaxon cheated with the thigh thing lol. He used his hands too
I had the blo pens 🖊 and the plastic balloon 🎈 thing. Damn, you nearly brought me back in time mentioning the Doodle Bear. I saw commercials for that and Zoobooks all the time.
Angel didn't notice Jaxon cheated with the thigh master😂 Also, the South African accent of the narrator excites me soooo much!
Hope for an eventual part two please, because there are other 90s as seen on TV products
I love when Angel and Jaxon are paired together! 🥰
That is not marvins magic coloring board. It was a layer of plastic with color underneath. Using pressure, it showed color, you didn't scratch anything cause you could go back and reuse it. I literally grew up with all of these.
I clicked on this as soon as I could. I love the 90s grainy picture is giving for this episode
Jaxson's infomercial was great. I love you all! Always makes me lol even when I'm crabby! Tgannd!
All these classic 90s commercials I remember so well. They don't make commercials like these anymore. T-T
Sir, why these days, nothing in TV is like the 90's:

I had the Thighmaster, and I had a Barbie that had that Magic Twist thing. I never tried it on my own hair though! 😂
So today I learned that Jaxon has a future in infomercial voiceover
Outside my school they sell elastic plastic balloons and I’m from the Philippines 😂 in the Philippines outside some schools we still have 80-90s toys
I've got three tubes of "elastic plastic" within five feet of where I'm sitting right now. I've loved that stuff since I was little. Hint: When the first one pops, wrap it around the straw so the plastic bonds better.
Okay but these infomercials are convincing enough lolol
Right?! I wanted a lot of these when I was a kid
that plastic balloons should were pretty fun
I wanted moon shoes SO BAD when I was a kid.
I feel so old seeing teens react to stuff from my childhood. thanks react.
Jaxon and Kevin😂😂😂
Definitely need more of Jaxon and Angel
Yes!
I can smell these balloons 🤣🤣🤣
I remember the moon shoes. I wanted them so bad when I was a kid.
We sure Jaxon wasn't raised in the 90s? Lol like he might be closer to my age secretly lol
I was born in 1986 and I remember most of these infomercials being on Nickelodeon
13:39
Weren’t moon boots in Arthur? Technically she’s not wrong.
My mom had a thighmaster, your version looks way smaller 😆
I use to own a Lightbright as a kid along with a tamagotchi
the light bright was first sold in 1967, , it is not a 90's toy.
Etch-A-Sketch & Lite-Brite 🤣
dude Jaxon is the GOAT
This was awesome. You should do the 80s informacials
