I have a good idea: How about we have another layer representing the ideologies of each country. The color of each country can represent their different ideology. Blue: Democracy, Republic. Yellow: Constitutional Monarchy. Gold/Purple: Absolute Monarchy. Red: Communism. Grey: Fascism, Dictatorship, Authoritarian. Green: Tribal, Horde. Black: Anarchy, Terrorism.
Suggestion: add another layer showing where Nuclear weapon stockpiles are located, it would be of strategic interest for a conventional war to capture enemy stockpiles before they launch to ensure those bombs cant hit you
Idea(day 12): after all the russian annexations, finnic people are the largest minority and start a war of independence, (supported by Finland and Norway), that ends in a peace treaty where one or two new finnic countries are formed in the place they formerly were located in. (If you plan on making the russian country collapse one day, this could be a part of it. Pls remember this.) Also, it'd be nice if the cold war ended with a "pretty big war"

BIG WW3 IDEA: The Old Empire grows their supply to 100-120 nukes (in the next episode) and they put 6 in their American ally and the Chinese team does the same and puts 5 in the red Mexico country which is their ally and because the three powers are equal now the cold war can start to end. But the Russian will try to drop a nuke on the brown team but thankfully with the help of their allies ( The Old Empire and the purple team) they intercept the missile and it explodes in the Atlantic Ocean. With this the allies retaliate and WW3 starts. Eventually the Russian team will launch a couple of nukes and the allies retaliate and the world is plunged into nuclear winter and humanity is wiped out the planet and eventually nothing is left not even nature.
