2:15 -- Those creepy-looking enemies that appeared only in L1S3 used to freak me out when I was younger, playing this game. I think if you just don't shoot at them to begin with, they leave you alone, but once you start attacking them, you have to destroy them (which is tough because they're more resilient than the average enemy in the game).

Brings back memories since they introduced me the first shmup game I played along with the Powerpuff girls shmup web game. I believe that the word “graduates” in the name of the game is named after Gradius as a pun to make this shmup web game referring to Gradius Shmup series.

Literally so hard to find red button games - even though there are so many online there are still a couple that i cant find, one of which was a platformer that i'm pretty sure was dexters laboratory themed which had laser gates you had to walk through.
Did you know that Abigail Lincoln, an African American, was chosen as Numbah 5 by the creators of KND because her two historical namesakes (Abraham Lincoln and Abigail Adams) opposed slavery, and the very Lincoln who helped end slavery in the Deep South appears on the 5 dollar bill? It is interesting to note that the colors of Numbah 5's clothes (red, blue, white) are the colors of the US, UK, and France (in fact, the writings of English philosopher John Locke and French philosopher Baron de Montesquieu mostly laid the foundations for the US).

It was fun, glad they worked with the fans instead of against them.
I remember there was a cheat code they shared on Fridays. If you press 1-2-3-4-5 on the keyboard it would give you the next operative.
Blowing up those bombs was so satisfying to me. It was like seeing fireworks on the 4th of July. God, I miss this game.
