I recently stayed at Kamenoi Hotel Kusatsu Yubatake.
How has it changed since the old Hotel Ohruri?
How is the situation a month after the grand opening? That's what I said.
The building itself doesn't look like it's changed much from Ohruri (naturally?)
However, inside the building and in the rooms, the wallpaper and floors of the rooms have been beautifully repainted.
I was able to feel the feeling of a new hotel.
For that reason, the elevator in the east building was malfunctioning, the toilet was small,
It was unfortunate that the toilet seat itself was not working properly.
Well, I have to actually try using the toilet in each room one by one.
You don't know what the problem is.
The washlet in room 2302 is broken (lol)

Did no one notice it for a month?
Regarding the room, I asked for it when I made the reservation.
The front desk will prepare a humidifier and air purifier at check-in.
there is! ! Although this was conveyed with great confidence,
It wasn't in the room.
(The number 9 at the front desk brought it to me right away.)
Also, the men's restroom near the front desk is very small.
When I sat down, it felt like there was a wall in front of me.
For better or worse, the bath uses hot spring water.
Of course, the better one wins, but depending on the time of day it can get very hot!
There are times when it's so hot that it turns red and you can't get in.
In fact, the temperature in the east building women's bath was 49 degrees after 3 p.m.
It may be a little cruel to tell the elderly to soak in hot water before entering the bath.
As for the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the atmosphere of the staff were passable.
However, I think I can still improve my ability to prepare food.
The doors are scheduled to open at 5:30pm, so at least 2-3 minutes before that.
I think a certain number of items such as tempura should be fried and lined up.
It's as if they started frying after the venue opened.
No matter how hot you say it is, I don't think that's the case.
Also, dinner and breakfast are divided into three times.
You will be allowed to choose at check-in.
I had a late breakfast, and the salad was delicious.
I was disappointed with the food related plates.
I think there is a timing for replenishment, but please specify the time.
Since we know that a certain number of customers will come at that time,
Will you prepare a new plate at that time?
I would like to replenish some of the things that are running low.

The location of the hotel is both in Yubatake and Sai-no-Kawara Park.
It's reasonably close, and the car starts around 12:30 on the check-in day.
Apparently you can park your car until around noon after check-in, so
Is it a good inn if it's convenient? I think.
As for the heat of the large public bath, it uses hot spring water from Kusatsu.
This is not something that will be resolved overnight, but
I think 49 degrees is too hot for a hotel bath no matter what.
