If four people having these four ativarti nakshtra as one having lagan lord, other with sun in hasta, one with moon in ardra, and one with venus in uttarabhadrapard meet in family does this indicate a new beginning? I correlate it as correct one !

many dda officers were studying with me during 1991 salwan weekend classes they knew little how to take bribe so got caught by cbi now a days they ask ..via media ..ward ko job diladon ge .as if asking would you do sth delay only for reason you approach them via agents . total bribe talking deptt mr panda since long
