As of now, the guest deals within Faridabad, Noida, and Gurgaon, and recently expanded to Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. He doesn't deal in Sonipat.
I don't agree with Paras on his thoughts regarding Noida. Things have changed in the last 5 years. After Rera builder has to now pay land dues within 90 days and then only his project can be Rera approved, so chances of defaulting have minimised because the builder's good amount of money already got into the project. Request not to defame the current Noida's builder development.
