So happy to see you again on youtube, I looooove your vlogs. I'm 36, I don't have any children and honestly, I don't regret my 20s. Every age has its good and bad sides too and I'm grateful to still be alive. I feel like at 30 I'm much more confident, mature and financially independent than I was at 20. Enjoy every moment of your life and don't put pressure on yourself because of what this silly society would like to impose on you
Btw I am almost 43 with no kids and I don’t have any regrets that my life turned out that way. It isn’t right for everyone and can actually be freeing, fulfilling, and amazing once you embrace that truth!
I cried when I turned 30. I'm now 42, and the whole kids and husband thing never happened. You never know what your journey will be. You can try and prioritize it all you want, but it's hard to say who it will happen for. You've got to try your best to not think about those things. All you can really do is worry about you and your day to day routines.
Hi Alice! I missed your Vlogs a lot. You look stunning! When I turned 30 (I'm 36 now) I felt that weight as well. I'm married and people always ask for baby, pregnancy, etc etc, a huge nightmare for me, but I learnt to prioritize in myself, not in other people's thoughts. Don't worry about the future, who knows what happens next. 🥰

As someone who’s looking ahead to 30 the pressure to have everything figured out with being married, having kids and everything in place in life is real. I’m in the same spot of not having experience with kids in my life, so not sure it’s for me. Be kind to yourself and go for your business idea, traveling, and what feels best to you! Cheering you on! Hi Alice! this is how I felt after I turned 31 years old, I felt that weight as well. even though I am not married with no kids I have always wished to do many things. sometimes I need to learn how to prioritize myself and not worry about others doing or what they have. I always tell myself not to worry about what others have and start worrying about myself "Girl you can do the same thing for yourself. just give yourself time. even though it will take time for me to do the same stuff like traveling and living overseas. And by the way, I absolutely love your vlog.
I was on the same road. Me turning 30 was really a turning point for me. In the Asian couture especially, my parents expected me to marry an Asian guy and pretty much start a family. They were trying to arrange a marriage with me which sway me away from my parents a whole lot. Asian parents are very old tradition.
Moving on, I’m 35 now, engaged but I don’t want kids. My fiancé is much older than me, but we are happy. We have a house and everything. He is ok with me not wanting kids.
Just do you always. Do what makes you happy not what society is pressuring you to do. It sucks especially us women. We are pressure to be a “good wife” “good mom” etch, but honestly nothing matters more than your happiness.

Your blog is very relatable! I am turning 30 in half a year and it's like, where has the time gone?? And it is so common for us women to live with undiagnosed ADHD/autism (very sure I have that too). Sadly depression/anxiety is hard to live with, it makes sense why vlogging can be harder to do! Love your content. am inspired to do some more journaling because of you!

Ah yes, I feel you! I used to put so much pressure on myself to be married/have kids at a certain time and so it's been a big lesson for me to just take a breath and take things as they are without having to plan too far ahead 😅

Hi Alice,like you said.You putting too much pressure on yourself.Its good to want to get to the next level,after achieving the other.But all is well and everything is going according to plan.I had my first born at 32,and got married at 34.Ended up having 3 children in total whom I adore and love so much.Dont look at what other people around have or how they live,listen to heart.If you really want kids then you will have kids and if you really want to be a pretty doll forever so be it.Live your life.Just dont eat your today's joy because of worry.I know,easy for me to say.

I have everything possible in pink in my kitchen, car and everywhere I can, much to my husband’s chagrin!!! I’m so sorry that you have been struggling with things in your life🤗. You have no doubt experienced some of the harshness and maybe heartbreak that so many of us women have experienced of all ages!!! You will continue all of your life to learn things, and especially who YOU are. Please don’t let the pressure of society make you so unhappy. It’s NOT worth it! I watched you practically wringing your hands when speaking of having children. My opinion is that if you’re not extremely, happily wanting children, DONT! Having children is so difficult and serious and completely consumes your entire life. Yes, they are also a joy. You do not have to decide now days if you want children in the next few years. One of my friends a few years ago was in a situation with a wealthy man who would not marry her and was also constantly cheating on her. She turned 34 and was very frustrated. She was a blond beauty from Bulgaria. She wasn’t sure if she wanted children. Then she found out that a new way to take your eggs and freeze them for about 12 years (it had previously been about 2 years) had been found. So, she went and did the procedure, left his sorry you know what, and moved on with her life. She moved back to Bulgaria with her sister and I don’t know what happened, but am sure she is happier now! 😊. I wish you well, and am so thrilled that you are back! I’m sure that we who watch and admire you are interested in just the simple everyday things you do and how you think and we will support you🤗❤️👏👍

Yesterday I went to hospital to get a friend that just had her 5 th child & I don’t feel comfortable with pregnancy. I wish I will never get pregnant. I turned 32 in July. 🙂I don't want children right now. I think I still have time for motherhood. 💞When I feel down I just say to myself positive affirmations, but also I fast and pray. Beside that, music🎵and swimming🏊♀ = pure therapy for me. Makes me feel stronger, energetic, powerful, gives me the clarity of the mind, very refreshing, being present and able to concentrate better, work more and getting over any obstacle. You have to start your day feeling grateful for your pink world, all your loved ones, health and say ,,only good things are coming my way". 🌅✨

Regarding your mental health, I understand how you feel because I am not 30 yet (not far from it though) I also carry out pressure regarding having children and getting married, but personally, I don't wanna have children and It's something I decided while I was growing and learning what makes me really happy and gives meaning to my life. I think to become a mum should be something like a women must really want and will make her happy! not something "we have to do". I hope you will feel better soon and find a path to make up your mind 💗

I had my first child when I was 30 and my second one at 34..you still have time to think about it..you can also freeze your eggs if you choose. I remember when I turned 30..I cried like a baby so I understand where you are coming from. I am 59 now..next year 60! That's rough believe me. It seems like yesterday I was 30. Time flies it seems. I also deal with depression in my case. I have good days and bad ones. Today was a good one ( I found your video ) I would be happy if you had a new one everyday! I understand what you mean by the children thing. I'm 29 now and I am starting to feel the pressure of deciding whether or not I should have children whereas before, I was adamant about never having a child!
Oh, so happy to see u back ☺ A lovely vlog and a range of cute items in a haul. It's perfectly to make a Sunday more pleasant 💕 I was listening carefully especially through the 'serious part'. I wonder if today we can meet a balanced and just calm people. There is way too much going on in this world. I mean, too much of bad things at once. All of us try to live their lives, work, meet our goals etc. and at the same time deal with new disasters- inflation, climate changes, war and it's effects... On my personal side I am amazed how not obvious life can be. Recently I started to do better than ever on my material living, my family life condition is also improving. What's happening? How then can I go so down emotionally and mentally at the same time? I think that this is the pressure of passing time. Unsolved issues from the past had to grown up bigger and that's why I feel such a weight. And when I see how life is becoming harder I feel that improving in the weaker sides will be also harder. Ahh, apparently we are not alone in such state. Happy birthday Alice and have a prosperous future ahead! Many blessings 💖

I know exactly what you mean when you say you had never much contact with children so you don’t know hiw to act around them. It’s like this for me. To be honest seeing my siblings getting kids and having families just confirmed my decision to not have kids myself and enjoy my freedom. I’m a happy dog mommy though and it’s the best decision I did!

giirl thank u for making content for us, I enjoyed ur videos very much, and I was touched when you opened up about ur mental health, we all have the same worries when we turn 30, iv been there , but I never wanted children although they are cute, I just can't see myself taking care of a baby, and that its alright, you are still young, being married or pregnant or whatsoever isn't a must; CHERich yourself more, you are important, rest will come on its own. no need to overthink about it, it will be alright as long as you love urself and happy in ur own skin; DONT LISTEN TO PEOPLE AND DO WHAT YOU WANT!
also Alice, I have a question, I always wanted to live in Japan but I'm afraid of natural disasters, can you talk about this in your next video, how can u overcome the fear of having earthquakes or maybe a tsunami .. honestly that's the only reason that's stopping me from going to Japan
The years from 30 to 40 pass quickly.
In order to have children, you need a stable partnership and a man who also wants to have children. Being a single parent can be very difficult, especially in Japan where life is quite expensive.

You have a lot of time. Dont listen to what society tells you about women being unable to have healthy kids when they are in their thirties. That's just silly. So many women have healthy children even in their 40s. So many women also have children that arent healthy in their early 20s as well. Everyone's journey is different and you never know what your journey will bring. I think you should listen to your heart. If you did not want to have kids before because there is a lot you wanted to do, then maybe there is a reason for that. There is nothing wrong with not wanting kids or with putting off the decision to have them because you have other goals you want to accomplish first. Also remember: It is fun to be an auntie but it is a lot harder to be the mom!
