X-Promode-X Mode_X no way man even if he had his suit he would have still got his ass kicked especially considering Godspeed is there, and yes it is possible to phase through Savitar's suit, that's how the flash beat him at the end of season 3 during the finale episode, by phasing into Savitar's armor
