this episode is a masterpiece. Just one location, yet blue zircon's monologue and the backround music ESPECIALLY manage to make the whole scene feel so eerie. Looking back now, we realize how close blue zircon was to unearthing the truth
Blue Zirkon gives me so many Phoenix Wright vibes. Like, they both appear confused and uncertain at first, but in fact are so incredibly smart, that their own brain can't catch up with the speed of their thought process, which results in intuition so sharp they are able to see the big picture even in absence of evidence and contradicting testimonies.
This was when the Rose is Pink Diamond theory really kicked off. And I aint talking about all those little clues being sprinkled around, but I am talking about the one moment everyone started to really think about it. Afterall, How did a Rose Quartz with no business being anywhere near pink diamond get soooo close in the first place?
This was one of the most stressfully entertaining SU episodes to watch. It felt like we were entering the season completely blind & I loved the uncertainty. Its hard to believe the show is completed.
