Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah reveals what makes him good at his job

The Deputy Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah has blamed the delays in processing legislation on the poor preparation and lack of adherence to procedure. Oulanyah, who was speaking during a one on one engagement on his time in parliament, insists that following rules and procedure is vital to having a productive and functional legislature. The deputy Speaker also says he enjoys every opportunity he gets to preside over the house regardless of the complexity of the business at hand
