It's never going to happen because games sent to GTE are checked by his mods first or something like that. The one way of slipping through the cracks I can think of is if two people stage one of his games and not tell anyone that's what they did, hope for him to look at that game and only after he's done looking at it reveal the information that it was a reenactment of one of his games. Even that I would say is unlikely to work because the mods would probably be able to find it out from the moves.
