it's only recently that I understand the reason why she was always dressing up and presenting herself fine and elegant. it's because she knows she is a role model to the people, especially to the Filipina women, and as a role model she have the responsibility to act, speak, walk, move, and dress as such so that everybody will aspire to become like her. just as what she said in one interview, she wanted people to think and believe in them selves and know that "if Imelda could do it, they can too".
