Yeah that's kinda ridiculous tbh, there are tons of specific African fighting styles, no need to make an illogical choice by making her a ninja, first because you know ninjas have nothing to do with Africa or the US and secondly because we already had Guy Ibuki etc

You could say that her adding ballet to her judo is mixing France and Japan to form her unique style just like Kimberly's different way of using bushin ryu compared to guy is a mix of her American mindset and the Japanese influence of her master.
