I like the video in this series. In this video, a tangible example of a data fabric would be very helpful. BTW, your video on Edge Systems had the best definition of an Edge system, that I have seen.
how was this a great introduction? They didnt answer the question in the title, they just vomitted a bunch of meaningless fancy words into the monitor as if they were selling some new age alternative medicine.
Nice. But, how is it different from CP4D ? I already have Watson Knowledge Catalog, Data Stage and flows and even right now have AutoAI which is new in CP4D 4.0. I am playing around with it. ( I cannot disclose my company name). But, wish to know what is "Fabric", what makes it a "Fabric"? Is it like deploying CP4D to the edge locations and so on so forth? Or, just a flashy name? or a pattern?
It is such a generic explanation with business buzzwords, which can be applied to any and every thing - improve efficiency, reduce cost etc. Does NOT explain anything.

Hello, thank you for this great video, this was really helpful for my essay on data fabric!
Finally you not said what is data fabric, instead you explained why is requires 😢
In China we call it "数据中台"(Middle-End) for years
Fabric - like Factory or Fabric - like a sheet of material (sheet of cotton)?
It’s unclear can you explain at architecture level

CP4D is the platform in which Data Fabric concepts/architecture can be implemented

How is it different from Data Lake ?
