I’ve always used apple products, but I’m genuinely interested in buying this phone! Do you think it makes it difficult having an android phone and using an iPad/MacBook? I love the connectivity of my products and iCloud, so I would hate to loose that by just having an a different company phone.
that’d be the disadvantage of having android phone if you are an apple user. it is slightly troublesome when it comes to transferring data between devices bc no airdrop. i’m still using my iphone till now bc i haven’t been able to completely switch to using android😅

i have an iphone and ipad, and am currently using a windows laptop due to breaking my mac, so kinda the inverse of u. personally I think while its a disadvantage for some, there's definitely ways to work around it (eg google drive etc). it really depends on the person and what you use your devices for the most.
There's telegram and you can download in your phone and macbook and send images, documents to one another from there, I use MacBook and Android phone and it's totally fine 🙂
