You need to cultivate after ploughing, even with a direct drill so that the soil is broken down properly. If you don't plough you can go straight in with the direct drill, but if you plough the field and don't cultivate you have issues with the crop not growing properly.
Happy new year frithgar i wish you, your family and all frithguardians best ofbeverything and keep making the timelapses i love them. I've already watched all of them from fs15 untuil now and i can say they are all amazing keep up the good work and i am sorry if i type something wrong english is not my native language i am from bulgaria and i am 14 years old and i am still learning it however i belive you will undrstand what i am trying to say :)
Voted combine and land but I'd say land first to use its title as collateral for the combine loan. Putting it to work with contracting and using the new field to stockpile a selection of cereal crops for later use or satisfying great demands
Although in FS17 golden fleeces were sheep with their golden wool... In FS19 golden fleeces are chickens! Cows isn´t bad idea but it will worth alot to keep them fed and happy and you need to transport milk by yourself so think about it :D I think more chickens would be better it´s cheaper and they make a nice pile of cash, but it´s on you :D
few questions for you : what do you use to record? what do you for editing? how long do you play for a 18-20 min timelapse? hope my english is right hello from Romania
He uses D3D gear to record and a 20 min timelapse takes him roughley 12 hours just to record with the editing i'd say 15-16 hours per timelapse episode
Very true I am new to the game FS 19 is my first copy and it is quite an addictive game, I like it thousand do feel like I am cheating the game having 'them' on my farm. I don't know why they would be aloud as a mod but they are there.
Nothing at all wrong with using them to generate some quick easy cash, some like to use the bigger equipment and run an established farm so this is a good way to get that quickly. Others like to start with almost nothing and build up to the established farm. Both are perfectly legitimate methods of playing, this game is an open sandbox so you can play in any way that best suits you personally :)
i would say; Keep the Grassfield as it is now.. because at my farm i can cut the grass like every day, so you would have almost everyday this income. Buy the Combine and some more land to do some arable (if i say this right) farming and then if you have some more money buy the cow pasture and the cows!!
Buy a modded class combine, those machines are great! or you can save money by buying a Forschritt E516, it is decently sized and cheap, so you would be able to buy even more land
On kows you can get 5k in 5 days On horses you can get 50k i 5 days With the same price spent But if you buy cows buy only one type of them becouse its more effective
When you say ''were gonna earn some cash'' please earn some cash.... you're not advancing with your balance constantly hiring workers and that makes your timelapses boring. I still find them interesting, aslong as you do the job yourself.
Whenever he picks up the eggs, we know that it is the end of the time lapse
You Own a direct drill....
Next Time you wont have to cultivate before Drilling
Keep up the Story line thing.
Happy new year everyone!

@@Frithgar oh i didnt know that. I dont know anything about real Agriculture :)
But im playing fs ...
For the timelapse I normally keep things as close to real life as possible, with the exception of using autoload trailers when I can!

Unfortunately he can't make any more timelapses without removing a lot of other videos. It makes a Sunday more special!

I Watched ur video! Thats was cool
Great video, just curious why players dont seem to use the gov subsidy mod, for the 100k an hour payment?
I don't in this series as it's a bit too much income coming in for realism purposes, however I've used them on a few of my livestreams

How much gameplay goes into one time lapse
Does doing jobs reduce the price of fields or no?
@Tom Novak It did in FS17, but no, not in FS19, which I think is a bit of a downgrade really.
MrX 007 do u play farming sim 19 on xbox?
@Tom Novak No, I play on PC
MrX 007 dammit
Were welcoming 2019 close

@Happi Doggo thanks

Only 4 minutes in and allready 15 likes and a comment.... You have to be like Barry Allen around the Timelapse!
I was the comment!
Yes you do
@@ryanstransport7574 It is known! :-)
But you need the combine first because you need straw for the cows

Fun fact: to drive a two track tractor eg challenger, you have to get a tank license
@Kate Quinn What in the world?
I guess it makes sense though.
Can we name the employee Johan?
