This house checks many of my boxes. I like the porches and the clever garden tool storage. I like the entry with a place to hang your coat. The bedroom has ample wardrobes. There is a washer and dryer in an appropriate spot. The kitchen has sufficient counter space, though it has impractical open shelves instead of cabinets. I don't like TVs over fireplaces, but that might not be a "real" fireplace, and the TV is low enough to be viewable.
