No vod of the guy that "recorded it" but the guy just happened to record the 1 minute and 43 seconds of ninos n dundees call... righttttt. I think its more likely he clipped one of their channels or a out of game recording. More likely he went back and recorded it
I heard the phone scanner so I guess it probably is actually on his side. But that would mean he would of had to be holding the phone scanner and his phone to "record" which is something you can't do 😂

A random guy used a tool to eavesdrop on people’s phone calls and recorded it from his perspective. I’m not sure if he roleplayed it right, like if he actually took out his phone and did a ‘/me starts recording’ action. There’s no video proof of it that I could find. Later, he gave that recording to Scotty. The weird part is that Scotty didn’t actually have an official prison recording to give the Marshalls. Personally, I don’t think it should’ve counted as valid evidence, but it was allowed because Judge Greyson approved a subpoena for Nino's and Dundee's phones, including that recording in the document.
Yeah if it had been DOC doing it with the tool I don't think I'd consider it powergaming because even though laws say they can monitor calls there's no ingame mechanic so it makes sense for them but for someone else to do it is kind of different. Admin can see logs if there's a /me like that and probably even when and where it was and what time it was so if they look at the logs and don't see it, that's case closed. What's weird is that everyone on the server knows it's a landline yet allowed the recording and no admin has intervened despite this info, so it must be OK which means they changed their minds sense then I guess? It's just confusing all around.
