as someone who worked front desk when I was in college, it taught me a valuable lesson. Service jobs are the worst, they can make you hate the public just on general principle. This girl was fantastic in the way she handled "the choad". kudos to her. Really, really, really don't understand why 4 people couldn't sleep in a room with 2 beds.
That's what I'm wondering! Are we talking LITTLE kids? Because they could easily both sleep on a pull-out bed. Or maybe it's 2 GIANT teenagers and they won't fit?? I can't figure it out?!?
@@jenn8179 well, if it is 2 giant teens, ask housekeeping to place a rollaway in the room for one of them and let the other one have the sofa sleeper. there were so many solutions. the choad was just a jerk!
I would disagree with that. I worked in hospitality for 9 years and loved it, most of the guests were great. The caveat was it was a private members club, so maybe the guests had to hold their tongues more.
@@Kevinacharles really don't think a private members club is exactly working with the public. glad you had a good experience. my time spent as a front desk clerk was endured, not enjoyed. made me fully appreciate getting my degree and moving on to a much more rewarding career.

Once he started spitting on the floor she immediately had every right to kick him out without helping him anymore as that's not only rude and disrespectful but it's also a crime. She has phenomenal patience
Something tells me this guy is one of those types that would actually make his family sleep in the car just because he didn't get his way into a freebie or discount.
When my brother & I traveled with our parents, they'd book a small 1 queen bed room with no secondary bed options. We had to sleep on the floor. At least they have enough room!
The amount of times she said "sofa pull out couch" and he still was disregarding it is what still baffles me to this day. He just couldnt stfu for 2 seconds and LISTEN to what she was saying, instead he either wanted something to be angry about or was being willfully ignorant and trying to get a free upgrade.
Because she is an employee and he is a customer, so who do you think her employer would support? I’ve had to take clients at corporate jobs who’ve threatened me for using the restroom, accused me of working for the Illuminati, and jerked off in front of me, all while working for a corporate employer. I also worked almost every shift alone until 10pm, had issues with people who weren’t customers following me to my car, and yet got reprehended for carrying a taser because they had a ‘no weapons for employees’ policy. This was about 4-5 years ago and that company has since gone under, but it was horrible. I quit because my husband actually had to leave work on several occasions and walk with me, or check in on me in person, for safety. When I told my regional manager about the guy who whipped it out, he used it as an excuse to shame me for my body and then pull the ‘it’s very hard to resist when a woman with your figure wears a fitted skirt… if I wasn’t married…’ routine. I was at a corporate salon, but I suspect every corporate customer service job has this little regard for their employees.
@@baileymoran8585 Some men are disgusting. I'm sorry you had to put up with all of that. My husband and I are on a low income but saved and sacrificed for a long time to get some good savings behind us so that we could have a 'eff you' fund, which allows one to walk away from a toxic job and have enough money in the bank to find another one. Nobody should have to put up with toxic crap for fear of not having money. I wish everybody could do this. I hope you're in a better situation, now.
I work at a hotel and a situation similar to this happened last night. A woman who made a reservation for 2 queen beds wanted to be upgraded to an executive queen room, which has 2 queen beds and a separate room with a pullout sofa, but she wanted to keep the same low rate she had. We're not allowed to do that and the front desk clerk told her that and she got upset and said we were being unfair and started screaming. The front desk clerk kept his cool like this young lady did, and that's how you have to handle it. No matter how much you want to shout back, you have to stay professional and keep your cool. Also, I wish we could dress as casual as her at our hotel.
right? He’s acting like it’s not enough room, when it’s nearly double the room that they need. He said to small children, so they could actually just fit in the king size bed, all four of them. Or the mom could sleep with the kids in the king size bed and he could have the pull out couch, the two kids could have the pull out couch, there’s 1 million ways to do it. I even know of hotels that will give you a rolling crib for no charge! If either of the kids were small enough.
I am surprised you can't figure out how to fit a family of 4 in a room with king size bed and sofa pullouts. Can you tie your shoes yet? Maybe try a shape puzzle with squares and circles to try to fit 4 people in a room. Keep trying. You can do it.
This is why I quit working at a Hilton hotel. They actually give Karens anything they want even if they treat you like crap. Never working with that company again.
I worked in customer service for years and I was thought how to handle rude and demanding customers. It’s takes patience buy basically kill them with kindness, don’t get heated or rude back, be polite and helpful, while standing your ground in following protocol. This young lady did it perfectly. In the end they always look like complete aholes and most get embarrassed when they realise you’re not going to lower yourself to their level and engage in an argument. Although you do get a few shameless muppets like this guy.
I've seen this clip soooooo many times, and I watch the entire thing every time. Because of her. Not only does she handle him intelligently, professionally, and sternly; there's just something about her, her voice, and her vibe. And now I see her outside of the worst possible location of a camera, and she's beautiful. I hope some new and well paid job opportunities come her way. If I owned my own business, I would hire her on the spot. She handled that situation perfectly.
working at a hotel truly isnt for the weak , i worked at a hilton hotel for a year & the amount of entitled karens you run into is unreal . the most ridiculous karen encounter i ever had was when this lady deada$$ started going off on me & my manager because we didnt have plastic straws for her kid 😐😐
I give that receptionist a lot of credit. That male Karen was being rude and entitled and she was being calm and professional. She should get a raise for the way she handled the situation.
He keeps asking her how she thinks they were going to fit, as if that's something she needs to be concerned about. Your job was to book the correct room, it's not her fault you don't know how to book a hotel room online.
My hat is off to this girl for being so patient. And I'm sure they could have just made the room work for the night, considering it had two beds. Lots of families have crammed themselves into a tight space for the night when travelling. It happens sometimes. There's no way I could stand there asking the same question over and over without feeling like an idiot.
I cannot believe that he asked her “so are we supposed to just sleep in our car?” Like, he would choose that over the room that he reserved? Not to mention, he got a king suite which has a tiny kitchen, a little dining room, the sofa bed area with a couch and a completely separate bedroom. That’s lots of space!
Dude she said “king size bed with a PULL OUT COUCH” where your kids can easily sleep on the pull out couch. Trust me, me and my sister did. My parents slept on the main bed. Agreed Xenoshot, it makes no sense except to try to finagle a discount or free room.
4:56 "so you think four of us can sleep in that room?" Yeah, dip$hit. Easily. Put your two brats on the pull out sofa bed! That's more than adequate! When I was a kid, travelling with my parents, in the 80s, I slept on plenty of hotel room FLOORS, with nothing but a pillow, and blankets. I can't believe how entitled people are, these days, omfg!
This right here. We need to start telling people "No" again. We as a society need to stop allowing whining and crying to be used as a bullying tactic to get someone's way. Amazing how many adults now days act like spoiled three year olds throwing a temper tantrum over not getting their way.
This is a perfect example of why having supervisors on standby at any job is very important, I’ve had this happen to me plenty of times as someone working in a fast food restaurant. 90% of those instances in my case have been anything but a huge deal. Also, the world doesn’t have to do shit for this guy. And I’m glad she let him know it, Hats off to her sincerely!!!!
BRAVO young lady! You handled him much kinder than I would have and you stayed in control & KEPT EYE CONTACT!! I truly hope you were given a promotion, a company car AND a juicy 💵💵bonus!! Well Done!
At least he had a room while others are completely screwed due to their own mistakes of poor planning. He could have at least attempted to try out the KING-BED room with a pull-out-bed couch. Plus they usually have those extra beds they'd be able to get. They SHOULD have fit perfectly fine, for crying out loud.
I worked as a security at a hotel I literally have to check if you are guest on the list and some Karen's and Darren's just want me to let them in without any confirmation, I'm just doing my job we meet these psychos everywhere
As Holiday Inn night auditor, I approve this video 😁😂👍🏼 People come in at midnight even trying to pull this crap. Talk about guilt tripping when they've got their kids in tow!
Her level of patience is top notch. She’s a PROFESSIONAL. Lady, whatever your name is, if you need a job I’d hire you any day of the week. ❤️ If you ever want to move to Florida……
Bro no joke on vacation me and my brother him 16 and me 12 had to share beds all the time. And once I picked up a bad cough in California when on Vacation for Disney land and my family made me sleep in the tub with the bathroom door closed cause I kept everyone up with my cough. We all still laugh about it to this day. This guy and the entitlement is unreal.
I don’t think he “accidentally “ cancelled I think he did it on purpose and thought complaining he’d get the room he wanted for the cheaper price. Because that room with a king bed and sofa pull out is plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 children.
She handled this perfectly. The trope of “the customer is always right” is a toxic concept that was conceived so that someone can give themselves a license to, in the most disrespectful way possible, force others to solve a problem for them. I imagine that had this man only approached this desk person with politeness and a touch of humility, she might have been happy to go through the extra effort to sort out his cancelation details for him, and find him another lodging option. She did really well, being calm, polite, and matter-of-fact. I feel her pain. I have been in the EXACT same situation, where I had to face down an angry man who had booked a room with two queen beds for his family of five (himself, his wife, their teen son, and two teen daughters) on a sold out night. He tried to blame me for not being “willing” to accommodate his needs, and made a scene in the lobby before begrudgingly checking in to the room he had booked. He kept asking me why I thought he would book a room with two beds for five grown people and demanded a room with FIVE beds in it, or extra rooms free of charge. I don’t know how many times I had said to him “A room with five beds doesn’t even exist as a room type here”. Was his assumption that he could just book “a room”, and then choose room type, number of beds, etc. upon arrival? I will never know. Suffice it to say, someone (probably him) ended up sleeping on the floor that night. Yes. This video dredges up some repressed memories. . .
The funny thing is, or I guess the annoying thing is, that Karen’s always use third party sites for shit like this, but they are always the most nit picky people who need things to fit certain specifications… rather than dealing with the actual hotel, or car rental place, all to save a few bucks, buying a travel bundle.
“Hold on a minute, sir. Let me have another room built to your specifications. It should only take about a year considering we have to pull permits and hire a dozen different contractors to make this happen, but if you’re willing to be patient we will happily make whatever accommodations are necessary to please you, sir.”🤣🤣🤣
She handled the situation like a champ! Great job girlfriend! Rude and irate customers is a difficult thing to do. This girl knew what she needed to do and I'm so glad this Karen didn't get away with his crappie attitude.
How many times does she have to tell him "we don't have any other rooms" ?!? This girl has WAY more patience than me, I'd have told him to pound sand way earlier in the conversation!!
I know this feeling all too well I am a registrar at hospital and I just register patients to their appointments, I have no say in scheduling and/or insurance authorizations. So when a patient comes in and there is an issue with their insurance or appointment there is literally nothing I can do for them besides connect them to their scheduling department so they deal with it, but they take the frustration out with me. I've been screamed at and belittled so many times, even by the upper medical staff who thinks registration can work miracles. This lady handled it so well.
One time my dad took us skiing and accidentally booked a room that was too small. He was very nice and pleasant to the receptionist and luckily it happened they had extra rooms available so they upgraded us at no charge. It isn’t difficult to be kind and understanding. Also just wanted to note that my family could’ve made the smaller room work for the night had we needed to. There’s no excuse for this behavior
The game of the "customer" repeating the same questions over and over, goes across the board in ever customer service situation. They key to keeping calm and overcoming it, is to provide the same answer over and over. The "customer" is playing that game until they wear you down, and cave in to them. They'll always throw words into your mouth too, such as.."So you're saying I have to sleep in my car?"" They heard your policy, or options or answer every single time.
My church youth group used to pile 8 kids in rooms with only two beds on our yearly trips. If you didn’t want to share a bed, you could sleep in the bath tub or on the floor, your choice.
I was the front desk supervisor of a Hilton and this young lady did far better than I could've. I would've told him what I thought he could do. She did a fantastic job!
I was a front desk worker for years in Daytona Beach back in the 80s. I feel this woman's pain - I dealt with many "Karens" before they were even a thing.
This is why you need to be careful booking through third party sites, Karen didn’t pay attention and wanted to put in on that lovely agent. Not to mention there is no reason a couple of kids can’t sleep on a pullout. Too bad we couldn’t see his face. Keep up with the great content.
This cracks me up because I work at a hotel. I had a husband and wife come in. They made the reservation for June 27 but they didn’t show up until July 3 and they thought they could get the room that they reserved on June 27. I told the lady since she didn’t show up on June 27 that it was considered a no-show and that she was charged for it. She did not like it. She asked for a managers but I was the only manager on duty and she didn’t like that either and then she started to call me a child because I was smiling because I was so uncomfortable by the situation because I had to tell her so many times that she was past her reservation and that I was 100% capacity. And then, after calling me a child, so many times, she demanded me call the hotels and I told her no I couldn’t his assist her on that. I ended up calling security. They left.
I saw this on a different video and I was so happy to see her not back down, gave the facts in a calm and collected manner and didn't fall for a ploy on their behalf trying to get free stuff. If Karen's were handled in this manner, I would hope it would diffuse it to not create their over the top behavior.
I love my country deepy, and I say that after having travelled the world (mostly on business), but I will say one thing we have that is just toxic garbage and needs to stop: this philosophy that the customer is always right. He could not pull that, 90% of the time, in European places. In China, you can find yourself getting a cold stare from someone in a uniform within twenty minutes of pulling that kind of crap. I also have had plenty of laughs over Millennials and younger, but I will say this: I suspect they are less willing to put up with crap, and in this, I support them 100%. I have had great service from many Millenials and younger, in retail or hospitality. They should be treated with respect, most of them (and for the few not, walk away, go elsewhere, vote with your wallet, not with a bad attitude).
I like how the guy in the background was probably sitting there ...wheels turning in his head...brain buffering envisioning the adults sleeping in the bed....kids on the pullout coach....and couldn't understand why this guy couldn't see the same vision as the alternative to sleeping in the car or not having anywhere else to go.... probably thought "I'll bet this guy just hasn't thought of that....I'm going to give him the good news!" ...... Followed by "MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!" This guy was fishing for a discount 💯 😂
Kudos to this girl for being so patient yet so professional during this situation. I wouldn't have been as calm and patient with her I would have done eventually asked them to leave.
I’ve never worked in the hotel industry but I have been a storage manager for 9 years. I’ve had a few run ins with male Karen’s like that trying to get units for the price of smaller units and a few that have tried to get me to cancel other peoples reservations for them or one guy that just thought he was entitled to get 3 months of rent for free. And they really do go around in circles like that when you tell them no. I have just come to the conclusion that they do it in hopes that they are trying to wear me out and annoy me enough into giving them what they want so they’ll leave. I’ve been called an “unhelpful c*nt” and “stupid b*tch”by those kind of guys too. They definitely think that because we’re women that they can intimidate and insult women and get their way. I don’t play those games and I don’t encourage bad behavior by giving them anything they want. If they want to be sexist assholes then they can go screw themselves because they are not going to be my tenants. The girl in the video handled that perfectly. Staying calm, not showing you’re getting frustrated and staying firm with your answer in a professional way is the way to go.
Exactly, I'm 1000% sure he wouldn't of pulled this crap if this sweet lady was a male. I've worked customer service and have had so many pigs treat me like dirt when they couldn't get their way, while very rarely seeing my male coworkers be treated that way when they had to tell entitled asshole no. Cowards like the dude in the video just like to bully weaker people around, hopefully one day he'll mess with the wrong person.
This reminds me of the time that I worked as a guest experience specialist for a vacation rental company. I work from home and I receive calls for inquiry and my job is to answer guest's inquiries to their reservation. Every day I receive calls at least 5-8 people will yell at me because it's either the unit they reserved is not cleaned or the third party website they used had a technical error or the reservation they made was last minute. It is very exhausting that I only stayed for only 3 months. I work from home and I only answer calls but it still affected my mental health as some guests can be very entitled. There was one time a guest even threaten to make sure to fire me because I was accused of being a fraud but the reality is that they booked thru a third party website that had an error so their reservation didnt went thru and it was also a same day booking.
Honestly shout out to her being professional bc as a cashier ppl like this get cursed out the second they raise their voice I’m not kidding idk how I still have my job
I saw this video on tiktok, he needed a room with 2 beds and it was reserved as a king suite with a sofa pull out which in turn is a ROOM WITH TWO BEDS! I worked in hospitality for 10 years and I tell everyone to always make sure to call the hotel and make sure your reservation is correct. 2 beds is still 2 beds. And I've had the same interaction about the same thing. Call the party in which you booked through. We're just gonna cancel your reservation. Have a beautiful night.
Something similar happened to me once, I made a phone booking for several nights, turned up and due to a misunderstanding the room had been double booked for the first night of our stay, small establishment, only 5-6 rooms. Rather than being a Karen, I just picked up my phone and googled a different place for that night. All easy and simple.

Well yeah, but only during the part of the video where she was so calm and relaxed while explaining and describing so even though she should've and could've stopped once she had Finally Noticed his Evil Disrespectful Mean plus Rude Reactional Response...Well because of his Hard Headed but yet Dumbfounded Annoyed Annoyanced Based Anger for such an Incredible Worldclass Jackass for a such a Hard Jerk, well because of that Adrienne and Sincere Thanks for your Thoughtful personal comment...Well I'm glad that she kept on Fighting for her way for the right reasons when she probably still could've and should've stopped right there, but over at the same time there Adrienne and Xenoshot...Well she still could've called the Police or even either than that when even in Hotels well there's only just either one Employee or even a few or several but were on their Dayoff and had the Manager do and take care plus handle everything else with enough Immunity with an above Overwhelming Experience with a Customer, well she even easily could've just gotten Security Guards Permanently Hired till retirement for that one Particular Hotel starting from the really very first year that she had actually had it opened to the Public...I hardly ever see Security Guards around in the Lobby in Hotels that I've been too before back in recent years for my vacational outing occassions except for bell boys and women checking people in but If I'm not mistaken, well then I'm pretty sure there's a security room somewhere within the Hotel with Surveilance Cameras almost everywhere...Yeah if that's even really the case there, well then there also should've been Security Guards present over in the Lobby too.!!! Almost everywhere except for the Suites since that would be an Invasion of Privacy, but I know the Elevators have Surveilance Technology around.!!!

as someone who worked front desk when I was in college, it taught me a valuable lesson.
Because this dude can't add.... lol
Male Karen: "Well, what happened to the other room I canceled?"
Desk Clerk: "We don't keep every room that people cancel reservations for, sir"
He was trying to exahaust her hoping if he was a big enough ass , she would comp him to get him out of there, she held her own , and instead of giving in she reprimanded him and pretty much told him they need to go elsewhere. Proud of you girl!
Once he started spitting on the floor she immediately had every right to kick him out without helping him anymore as that's not only rude and disrespectful but it's also a crime. She has phenomenal patience
It’s a damn room, a roof over your head! What did he want for her to build a Karen wing?
😂😂😂😂😂 Yes he did, and she needed to do it as she was speaking to him 😂
Something tells me this guy is one of those types that would actually make his family sleep in the car just because he didn't get his way into a freebie or discount.
LOL. I love "build him a Karen wing!"
The fact that he tried to get one of rooms that was reserved for other guests is crazy. 😂
He was so shocked that he couldn’t intimidate/guilt this woman into getting what he wanted.
I think she is a rock star for staying so calm and not caving in to the bully Karen. Not sure why they also think their errors are your fault...
This poor woman needs an Oscar! She’s dealt with this male version of a Karen so well.
Why didn't she kick him out when he was spitting on the floor?
That's nasty and gross.
OMG Right?? I think she should have called law enforcement. What a vile POS
Plus, someone in housekeeping has to clean it up.
She couldn’t make him leave
You seriously can't fit four people in a room with a king size bed and a pull-out couch? And two of them are children? 🤦🏼♀️😂
He can, he was scamming her for a discount/free upgrade, no question.
When I was in the Air Force, we could've bunked a dozen people in a room that size, maybe more.
Exactly! He's an idiot.
What more does he want? He's getting a king size bed & a pull out that's enough for 4 people.
She really is a gem not only in demeanor but in looks, too. No lie there
working at a hotel truly isnt for the weak , i worked at a hilton hotel for a year & the amount of entitled karens you run into is unreal . the most ridiculous karen encounter i ever had was when this lady deada$$ started going off on me & my manager because we didnt have plastic straws for her kid 😐😐
I give that receptionist a lot of credit. That male Karen was being rude and entitled and she was being calm and professional. She should get a raise for the way she handled the situation.
I'm glad you covered this. That guy is an entitled narcissist. Gas lighting manipulating and moving the goal post.
Poor lady, she was so nice.
Hats off to this girl and the other guest who stepped in to put an end to this nonsense.
He was trying to scam the hotel and thought they were going to upgrade him for free for ‘inconvenience’
I have very little patience when it comes to people like that so good on her for keeping her cool.
She is so sweet and calm.either take the room or sleep outside under a bridge
She basically told him there is a king and a pull out bed/couch blessings right there smh
Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.
Dude she said “king size bed with a PULL OUT COUCH” where your kids can easily sleep on the pull out couch. Trust me, me and my sister did. My parents slept on the main bed. Agreed Xenoshot, it makes no sense except to try to finagle a discount or free room.
What a lovely calm demeanor she has, I wish I had that Zen, its a genuine talent.
Give that girl a raise
"I'd expect you to f*ck off" is what I would have said, but hats off for this lady. She handled herself extremely well.
4:56 "so you think four of us can sleep in that room?"
Yeah, dip$hit. Easily.
Put your two brats on the pull out sofa bed! That's more than adequate! When I was a kid, travelling with my parents, in the 80s, I slept on plenty of hotel room FLOORS, with nothing but a pillow, and blankets. I can't believe how entitled people are, these days, omfg!
The guy who stepped in defending the receptionist is a hero.
When I was in housekeeping I always felt bad for the front desk workers, especially during holidays
This right here. We need to start telling people "No" again. We as a society need to stop allowing whining and crying to be used as a bullying tactic to get someone's way. Amazing how many adults now days act like spoiled three year olds throwing a temper tantrum over not getting their way.
Right. I have family that acts like this.
As Holiday Inn night auditor, I approve this video 😁😂👍🏼
People come in at midnight even trying to pull this crap. Talk about guilt tripping when they've got their kids in tow!
Her level of patience is top notch. She’s a PROFESSIONAL. Lady, whatever your name is, if you need a job I’d hire you any day of the week. ❤️ If you ever want to move to Florida……
She handled that situation really well
Bro no joke on vacation me and my brother him 16 and me 12 had to share beds all the time. And once I picked up a bad cough in California when on Vacation for Disney land and my family made me sleep in the tub with the bathroom door closed cause I kept everyone up with my cough. We all still laugh about it to this day. This guy and the entitlement is unreal.
And she very respectfully didn't record him but his voice only so not to escalate this. Glad to see that and proud of her.
Pull out couches are so comfortable like im not joking best sleep of your life it just hits different
Reason #4 that you don't see many Gen X reception clerks..
This guy :
"So WHAT are we supposed to do.. "
Us :
"Say what one more time."
As a former front desk clerk, ALWAYS reserve your room directly with the hotel. Youre welcome.
Yep definitely trying to get a discount and totally went about it wrong.🤦 Well done Ms!
I respect the employee behind the counter here for being so professional.
I think she aged a few years dealing with this karen
One time my dad took us skiing and accidentally booked a room that was too small. He was very nice and pleasant to the receptionist and luckily it happened they had extra rooms available so they upgraded us at no charge. It isn’t difficult to be kind and understanding. Also just wanted to note that my family could’ve made the smaller room work for the night had we needed to. There’s no excuse for this behavior
This young lady is a rock star!! I admire her restraint. I couldn't have maintained my composure dealing with that POS
She remained poised and professional. Great job!
I was a front desk worker for years in Daytona Beach back in the 80s. I feel this woman's pain - I dealt with many "Karens" before they were even a thing.
This is the product of never telling your kids no as children
This girl is an MVP. If I were ever a boss, she'd be my first hire.
They didn’t have two adults and two children, they have three children and one adult
This is why you need to be careful booking through third party sites, Karen didn’t pay attention and wanted to put in on that lovely agent. Not to mention there is no reason a couple of kids can’t sleep on a pullout.
Too bad we couldn’t see his face.
Keep up with the great content.
Oh it definitely would’ve got cancelled once he started spitting on the floor
I’m so proud of that young lady. She is so patient and remained professional throughout. I wish her well. 💐
They should be treated with respect, most of them (and for the few not, walk away, go elsewhere, vote with your wallet, not with a bad attitude).
im a happier man everytime i get blessed by Xeno's "stay sexy" at the end of the videos
thanks homie
That’s the best part ☺️
I like how the guy in the background was probably sitting there ...wheels turning in his head...brain buffering envisioning the adults sleeping in the bed....kids on the pullout coach....and couldn't understand why this guy couldn't see the same vision as the alternative to sleeping in the car or not having anywhere else to go.... probably thought "I'll bet this guy just hasn't thought of that....I'm going to give him the good news!" ...... Followed by "MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!"
This guy was fishing for a discount 💯
😂
Yes hotels have no control over third party booking sites you literally have to call that company instead for help
Yes! Enough said.
Honestly shout out to her being professional bc as a cashier ppl like this get cursed out the second they raise their voice
I’m not kidding idk how I still have my job
He wanted a free room period. I wouldn't doubt if he had this planned from the beginning
My gosh this woman's really keeping her cool... I find her keeping her cool like that incredible in itself.
He is the very reason most people that work in hotels will tell you to just book with the hotel directly instead of a third party.
We’re a family of 5 and love the king + sofa bed rooms lol!
