Your army is badly overextended among angry locals because a campaign that should have taken a year was pushed to conclusion in just a few months, due to petty reasons like Stalin's Birthday and his obsession with the Chronosphere. 2. Because of Stalin's purges (and the deaths of every other named character) you have been handed what would be a gruelling responsibility in _ideal_ circumstances (hint: it is NOT ideal), with no one to delegate to. 3. The entire western world (and probably everyone else) seriously hates your guts due to the dozen or so war crimes on your resume. The only diplomacy you'll be engaging in is via threat... yet the war has taken a devastating toll on your forces, most of what's left is busy pacifying Europe, and you're an awfully tempting target in your weakened state... 4. Unless Kane goes public (he won't; he's too smart) everyone will assume you seized leadership by force. You have NO legitimacy beyond _"might makes right"._ The "glorious Soviet Empire" is about to tear itself in a free for all over scraps of power. 5. Don't flatter yourself into thinking Kane gives a $#@% about you; you're just another Nadia to him. Heck, he sacrificed millions of lives just to exploit the resulting chaos. I imagine you'll be spending many sleepless nights waiting for the moment he decides you're just another loose end (a moment that _will_ come eventually). In short, the only thing worse than living in hell... is actually needing to _rule_ it.

The town of Torun in soviet mission 1 is a town in rl Poland.
The campaign of the Soviet Union was very cool and the truth was that the ending was surprising. Good game, really
Time will tell... Sooner or later time will tell...
Is this Kane from tiberium wars? So Red Alers and Tiberium are in one universe?
Red Alert and Tiberium are two different universes. However, the Tiberium universe began after Kane killed Nadia. He was the secret advisor to Stalin during World War 2. His exact origins are unknown, but is claimed to have been present on Earth for an exceptionally long period of time, not having aged a day in his appearance. It's just me, or everyone, finding the villains are more charming?
It's not just you. Playing the bad guys in strategy games is always more fun.
@@RJRC_105 Sadly they're scripted to lose. Can't we just let the Galactic Empire win?
I like when the bad guys have better equipment then the good guys
Definitely. The allied commanders are kinda arid.

This game is sick!! The minerals that they're collecting, is that still Tiberium?
Nah, Red Alert is a different universe in Tiberium... until that surprise Soviet ending
