Exteriors are HARD work but I can go all day on just that until dinner. I don't need lunch though sometimes I take it just for a break . It's a nice steady energy. Any foods beyond that would be for bulking up.

Did you also workout like him? If yes, then you should definitely change your diet. Ask a trusted nutritionist. I had the same problem, I followed someone else's diet but didn't workout as much and only ended up getting out of shape. So I have refined my diet and also increased core workout, now I can see the result. The main thing is paying 100% attention to your body at all times.
