The comment about staying on 4 bases and maxing on carriers is absolutely right. I've been beaten a lot by protoss staying on 3 or 4 bases. A lot harder to attack into.

So crazy how bad carriers are. They just take so dang long to build, and a couple starports can very quickly pump out enough vikings while you fly across the map. Even sky terran requires splash to kill.
Also because carriers are only strong if you make several of them and are expensive in terms of resources. Even after you build them they are not immediately at their maximum, they have no abilities and are slow. Funny then that the Protoss should be the most technologically advanced race when the amount of mechanics that the Terrans can adopt far exceeds the Protoss who only have the particular teleportation mechanic
carriers vs terran without templar support means you deserve to lose. It would be like seeing marine-marauder without medivac and then a terran would complain they aren't good enough.
Stats fucked that up so perfectly. Could have build mothership, tactical recall into Cure's base and then recall to a nexus bcause at late game he had almost no map vision and vikings are slow. Also time and again the interceptors weren't out and way too close to his main army.

Thats so spot on with the walking the same way with poeple you just said goodbye too. Its so awkward lol. Should you start again a conversation? but you just said goodbye and maybe they will soon diverge? But walking in silence is also weird. If they finalkly diverge should you say "goodbye again" or just just a nod and smile will suffice? I dont like it lol. Maybe its just my social awkwardness...
Imho the only matchup that carrers feel really strong is PvP , if you can reach it . I might be forced to transtion in PvZ if lurkers count is high enough, but its never like" ah good i have carrers now" its more " well im forced so i will do it to not die" , corruptors and vipers are just to good against them.
Game 3 is such a good example of how OP terran is compared to protoss. Terran units are just so much better, with very poor control, the terran can lose, like cure lost a little bit in parts.
perspective issue. The marauder was moving down a ramp away from the nova, but the nova was on top of the ramp and partly between the unit and the camera, which is at an angle after all. He was just out of range but it's hard to tell and I see why you're confused
So, I have a theory that basically every game is just the classic Baldur's Gate re-skinned with some minor changes. For example, Starcraft is just Baldur's Gate, except you can't pause, and you have a party size of about 70-100 instead of just 6.
They arent that great at mid-low levels also. Im at dia3 and i dont feel comfortable playing carrers. Only matchup it really feels strong is PvP, but its very hard to get there and not die, so I usually not even try these days.
@@adminsaify I I would say you got multiple options as terran. Vikings will do good, Thors will be great, even enough stimmed marines with medivacs can deal with carrers.
terra is just op vs air, marine, mines, vikings, liberators, cyclone, thor, ghosts... what does protoss have? stalker, sentry?, archon?... its ridiculous that terra has so many valid options and protoss just has 1 one ground and the rest are air units themselfe... terrible design

It's funny how much better BC are than carrier, and easier to transition into, but carriers are built more often.
