Listening to Tracii talk about hearing Crazy Train w his dad for the first time and his life changing in that moment. i had the same experience, I was like 11-12, had already started listening to what was on the radio and Mtv in the early to mid 80's, but my future brother in law drove up, I was outside shooting hoops and I heard this blazing guitar solo, found out it was Mr. Crowley.. My life changed forever in that moment. That day, i grabbed my dads acoustic guitar and started to learn, been playing ever since.
