@@dorian07109 just like any other home, location plays apart on house prices. In another town it may be $2Mil and in another state it might be $900K but in this very affluent town known for a good school district and qualify of life prices are high. Like always they're are negotiable not to $1Mil but negotiable for the right family.
I'm not gonna say I know much about home decor, but at this price point why are there no architectural features in the home like crown moldings, brick or stone surrounds for the fireplace, higher end fixture in the bathrooms/kitchen, a more custom look to the closets which (imo) where too many and too small? There should be a den and or library. The exterior is really lovely with nice landscaping. Was this filmed in the spring/summer? What is that area called where the orange furniture was place off of the mud room? Nice tour. Thank you.
Thank you for viewing and your comment. I understand your thoughts. One thing about this house is the area it's located in, it's an exclusive area in New Jersey. Northern New Jersey is pricey due to distance to NYC which a number of people work. Where those Orange chairs are is like a mini living room before you enter the great room and kitchen space. If I recall, it was in late spring that it was filmed. I remember it was raining. Somethings in this home are based on a modern design. I'll have more modern homes to feature and would love your feedback so keep an eye out.
If no one else will ask the question, I will. How is this house worth almost $3 million? No way!!!

At best, $680,000.00
@@shprrresausa cute but no.
@@shprrresausaI agree with you. This house is not worth that amount. 🤦🏻♀️
EXACTLY!!! IT LOOKS LIKE A REGULAR HOUSE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!
This looks like a flipper house. The kitchen cabinets are cheap for that house.
I usually don't like Tudors but this one is absolutely beautiful ❤ I like in Union County.
Thank you for your comment. This Tudor is a plus. They reimagined it very nicely.

This house needs so much upgrades to be $3 million dollars.
I'm sorry but I've seen homes better than this home for less! Almost 3 million? Show me where's the outher 1.7 million is at?
Thank you for your comment. There will be more options so make sure to check back as they keep coming.
Just one question. I love the lay out of the kitcken but I dont like the white can I change the color
Good question. Yes when you own it you can make it the colors of your choice.
I would change the island to a blue or black because I don't care for an all white kitchen either
@@aprilshorty4094 thanks, again. That would be an elevated change. Others would probably agree with you.

Thank you for your comment and watching. There will be more to come.
1st of all if you’re going to film a house, go in the front door, first. Second this filming here doesn’t make you want to watch it.
