What is so wonderful about Aziza is the fact she does not have a fancy electric fan oven with thermostat. She is a wonderful cook who produces wonderful meals because she knows her ovens. ❤
Having chopped her own wood, she knows just what works best in her ovens! And like all good cooks knows her ingredients, which she processes from start to finish, from milking the cow to making cheese and yoghurt; knowing the animal structure so that she is excellent at cutting up beef, fowl, lamb and goat, knows the herbs and wild flowers in her area so that she can make her own teas. (I especially liked the rose petal, basil leaf and chamomile she made into her tea!)

Thank you for the beautiful videos. I cannot help but wonder what has happened to the older kitty. I realize it is a farm and bad things can happen. But it is not knowing that drives me crazy. It is like losing a pet and not knowing what happened to it. Here I am half a world away worrying about a kitty.

Is there any news about Gosha? I just can't imagine him living anywhere but in your paradise. I really missed him in this video. He adds such a nice comic touch to your beautiful show. To watch your videos is like a peaceful meditation, especially for people living in the middle of concrete cities, like I do. It is wonderful to watch people doing the most important thing in this world: growing and producing food with their hands and creating such a sanctuary as you are doing. I am anticipating the joy of Gosha returning one day soon!
