Chicharito left Man U in 2015 and van Gaal was Man U's manager from 2014 through 2016. Louis van Gaal is well known for discriminating against Latin American soccer players. He enforced a similar discrimination against Argentinian Ángel Di Maria in the very same team, Man U.
I don’t believe Van Gaal discriminated him at all. I may be mistaken but van Gaal was pissed with Chicharito because he missed a penalty in an Europa/Champions league match when he wasn’t the designated shooter. I am pretty sure lots of people already consider him as a united legend. Him coming from the bench and scored time and time again. Most of his goal is crucial for the team to get a draw or win the game even though some of it is ugly goal if you know what i mean😅.
