As per time writing this comment it helped me to remove lock. Which actually was illegit - after phone reset google didn't allow to access phone when logging in with the same email that was used there (my wife's)
And I've even done it a bit differntly - after adding second space I've just added a new google account. There were also xiaomi account lock but as it's account we have access to I've just disconnect it.
