Social media is great for staying in touch with parents and volunteers but will not promote new attendance unless your youth are heading that up. Your Sunday is going to be made on your Saturday: grab a partner and go knock on doors in your neighborhood. This is literally the way the Bible tells us to spread the gospel and you will be surprised how many parents want their kids to go to church but don’t feel they have the time or energy to take them personally.
When we can have events again, go to the local high school and tail gate football games. Bring hot dogs, bags of chips, and lemonade to give away for free.
Thank you Stephanie this was very helpful and reassuring of the ministry im currently working in
We just started a Youth Group at my church last November. All volunteers. Really need ideas on how to promote it. Any thoughts?
Konstantin Semyonov use social media to promote it
