I would like to suggest you to use kawaki and sasuke tfs in outfield but since you don't have those 3 units I mentioned
Maybe you have to use them in f4 but your outfield abilities will be drop

I have naruto tfs in final room, his roar is full room so he definitely ignore evasion wherever you are in final room

i have narutoFV with max lbs, boruto with only heal (with ex) and narukage with max lbs.
who would be a good replacement for shisui? utakata (w/ lb+2 and ex 9), sakuchiha (lb+2 but no ex), ashura (lb+1 and ex 9), rin (only ult heal) ???

Shisui is essential to counter naruto tfs and narukage limit break entry (naruto tfs can't instacast new LB to counter this) plus he can drain great amount of CP and reduce team jutsu cooldown time
All of shinobi that you told me (utakata, sakura, ashura, rin) can't drain CP so I think you can't go for CP drain f4. Rin only heal isn't that good rn because tfs units can strip eva easily, plus you need to build full paralysis resistance to her as well or she will get inflicted with paralysis from sasuke tfs new ex ult and die because of damage area. From those 4 shinobi that you mentioned, I suggest to try Ashura or sakura because utakata has too long cooldown time (narukage, naruto tfs, boruto can't provide reduce or halve cd buff for team)
And the reason why I don't put old LB first because I want fast killing and want to summon itachi v1 follow up jutsu to suck enemies as much as possible in case they try to run away

Then I saw most of tfs units has 600k+ HP so that's why I decided to use boruto with rasengan equipped

บางครั้งก็ใช้ heal ก่อนครับ แต่ก็ไม่บ่อยมาก
ถ้าตายเพราะแหกบ้านก็คงต้องปล่อยครับ เพราะผมไม่มีอันติ ใสแค่ heal อย่างเดียวมันไม่ค่อยมีประโยชน์เท่าไหร่
